Statical design of residential house

The master's thesis deals with static analysis of selected reinforced concrete elements of an apartment building. Specifically solved are the reinforced concrete slab of above-ground floor, point-supported slab of underground garage, the most exposed column, staircase, load-bearing wall of shear core, external load-bearing wall and building foundation on piles. Load effects were calculated using the Axis VM 12 software. Design of foundation was solved in the Geo 5 software. The thesis includes shape drawing documentation of selected elements.

The aim of the thesis is the assessment of choice elements of a four-storey residential building in Litomyšl from the static point of view based on the real project documentation. The thesis specifically follows up girder, columns of circular cross section, internal bearing walls and staircase. Finally, the thesis contain assessment designed ceiling structure and the proposal of alternative solutions. Results determine the reinforcement of selected elements of project documentation and assess whether they meet the load exerted.
Detached House with Design Office

The subject of my bachelor’s thesis is drawing a project documentation reguired for construction of a detached house – including a design office. The building will be divided into two parts – a garage and a house itself with a design office in it. The garage is intended for two passenger cars. The building – a detached house – is going to be located in Eastern part of a village Koroužné. The house, including the design office, is going to be constructed as a two – story building. It will be covered with a gabled roof. The garage is designed as a single deck building with a shed roof. Both the buildings will be connected with a porch. There will be a skelter with a gabled roof. Vertical and horizontal structures will be designed from the HELUZ system. The construction would be based on strip foundation.
