Evaluation of the Financial Situation in the Firm and Proposals to its Improvement

The thesis focuses on a complete evaluation of the financial situation of a selected company. It is especially an application of the most popular methods used by financial analysis. The so-called elementary methods which are primarily ratio, differential and total indicators play a key role there. First part of the work is devoted to theoretical foundations, on which the financial situation leans; the second part is focused on a practical use of theoretical knowledge. In the conclusion of this work I am pointing out both positive and especially negative aspects of the financial management of the company, which the company should avoid in next years.

The master`s thesis contains theoretical, analytical and proposal part. Object of my theoretical part is financial analysis description and methods and also financing forms of the company. In analytical part I am applying theoretical knowledge to the particular company. Thesis conclusion points on possibilities of the company situation improvement and future development.
