Záchrana a nové využití bývalého seníku u Borkovických blat

This Bachelor thesis work I want to show a new possible use of abandoned farm house. Before the start of the reconstruction, there was a local survey, where I became acquainted with the environment. Then I think because of the absence of land use plans online, arrange a meeting with the mayor, for photographing the necessary documents. After finding that my intention zoning plan allows, I conducted research building where I object measured and found the state of structural elements of the building. Followed by preparation of project documentation, where I graduated from the ground up through the floors, walls, ceilings up to the roof of the building. During preparation of project documentation, I tried to minimize demolition work and most of aesthetically similar to the original construction of the building. Farm house that was used as a hayloft, change their use for the guest house, where in the building area are many bike paths, hiking trails and especially nature reserve Borkovicka mud.
