The subject of my bachelor’s thesis is a lately constructed building of BUT Technology Transfer Center in the city of Brno - Kralovo pole, in the street Kolejní within University Campus BUT Pod Palackého vrchem. University Campus BUT is in a full expansion and they are still building new buildings. Concept of Technology Transfer Center is concluded in the project Generel from architects Pech and Fixel and it copies the defined shape of parcel. Height of building does not stand out because of the function and purpose of the work. The building consists of offices, laboratories and factory hall.
