Thesis is focused on employee education system, which has an effect on company results. The aim of the thesis is the evaluation of the educational system in the monitored company and in case of identified deficiencies to propose recommendations for improvement of the situation in this area. The theoretical part gives an overview of basic concepts in the area corporate education related to its planning, implementation and evaluation. Final section is devoted to analysis of the current state of education in the selected company, where is carried out a questionnaire survey of employees. Based on the output of this survey are recommended other possible activities that can contribute to the development of education of employees in the company.
