The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the interior design of a package free shop with a café in a reconstructed space and subsequently the design of an atypical furniture element placed in it. When designing the interior, care will be taken to ensure that the space meets all the requirements for both the operation of the cafe and the package free store. In order to be able to find the right solution, in the first part of the work an analysis of package free shops and cafés was performed, where the history of zero waste shops, packagings as artifacts, and also the correct ergonomics of cafes and package free shops were discussed. The atypical element is the bar counter, with attention paid to its location, shape, and functionality in the space. In the last part of the work, its design and construction is thoroughly discussed, as well as its material composition. The work also includes a calculation of the material costs and technical drawing documentation of the bar counter and visualization of the interior and the bar area.
Analýza interiéru vybraných gastronomických zařízeních

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of two different dining facilities interiors. This work mentions the history of the hospitality industry, further discusses the different types of gastronomic establishments, describes the various functions of personnel in the hospitality industry, provides various types of lighting, addresses the typology of the furniture in the hospitality industry and its consistency with the interior. Furthermore it discusses types of communication zones in the interior, and all the equipment of a bar and a bar background, including necessary tools and appliances for bartender to do his work. All these mentioned aspects are described and analysed in this work. There are also listed various connections among all the aspects that result in a complete interior. In the light of these findings, the thesis analyses two gastronomic subjects with an overall evaluation of functionality and interior facilities. There are also prepared proposals for changes and modifications in the interior to improve the functionality and ergonomics of the work. The goal of my bachelor thesis is to design a renovation of coffee house in small town so it would become an interesting environment in which the poeple would go to spend their time with their families, friends or just to take coffee away. In the first part of my thesis I was looking into the creation of coffee houses and their environments. In the second part is the own design of reconstruction of the coffee house in which I tried to enlighten the whole area and optically enlarge it's environment so it would look more comfortable. My next step was to highlight the interesting interior of the coffee house. In the final part is design of the atypical furniture subject (bar counter) and material costs. The outcome of my bachelor thesis is drawed documentation filled with visualization and design of the atypical subject with it's price calculated.

The theme of theses is interior design of tapas bar and restaurant and design and construction of a bar counter as a solitaire, excluding the back bar area. The design of the interior and bar counter is created according to the new investors requests in a way, so that the use of space is maximised and the overall atmosphere goes correspondents with the type of served cuisine. The theses includes research of existing tapas bars and restaurants in relevant city in Great Britain where the restaurant is located. General principles for creating hospitality interiors are also included with specifications for United Kingdom. The actual construction of the bar is created regarding to safety and technical requirements. Output of the theses are visualisations of interiors, blueprints, piece lists and calculation of price for the bar counter in direct material costs level.

This master thesis deals with interior design of the chateau restaurant in Kroměříž. The design is based on investor's requirements and also on general principles of interior design. The creative concept is inspired by the building itself and its historical rooms. The thesis contains a design of an atypical furniture unit -- a bar counter, including its technical drawings and a preliminary calculation of its material cost.

To create the work was necessary to get acquainted with the current state of the topic, choose the appropriate materials and structural design of the element. The result of thesis is a proposal in the form of technical documentation and product visualization. The main focus of thesis was put on the compliance of final design with applicable standards. The thesis contains economical assessment of the level of real material costs.

This bachelor's dissertation is focused on a study of public interior, concretely for cafés. The dissertation is composed of theoretical and practical parts. The practical part should introduce a concept of interior in the old mill and also a piece of furniture element placed into this interior. Source of used information is recherché of historical and contemporary condition of its interior and furniture. Important result of this dissertation is ability to judge completed results and be able to draw up a proper interior.
