Současný stav vybraných mokřadů na Velkomeziříčsku a změny v druhovém složení rostlin po 20 letech

The final thesis deals with the floristic and phytosociological research of the three wetland sites near the village Netin (Zdar nad Sazavou district area). The thesis examines the state of flora and vegetation in the present. Specifically, there is a comparison of threatened species of plants recorded nowadays with approximately 20 year-old available data. Based on the recent and historical data, Pod Vrkocem wetland shows an improving state of the locality. The worse situation is evident in the location Pod Ochozem, where considerable reduction of endagered species was recorded. The worst situation is in the location Niva (Zatoky creek area), where the negative impact of overgrown trees and expansive vegetation at the expanse of valuable flora is evident. The amount of endangered and protected species has been recorded in all three locations. The thesis includes the detailed vegetation maps, the lists of identified species, phytosociological plots, photographs and herbarium specimens. There is a special focus on recommendation for improving or maintaining the condition for each location. The results of this study reflect a current situation of the studied wetland meadowsand marshes in the region and indicate the changes in vegetation structure resulting from the management in the locations in recent years. Consequently, the results will be a good basis for nature conservation in studied locationsand further biological research.

The theoretical part explains terms of waste management, and describes the relevant legislation and tools of municipal waste management. It also draws a comparison of waste production and management between the Czech republic and other countries of the European Union. The next section describes characteristics of microregion Velkomeziříčsko-Bítešsko, it's waste management and companies related to local waste management. The practical part focuses on waste production in microregion Velkomeziříčsko-Bítešsko and compares ways of waste management in individual municipalities.
