Vlastnosti povrchových úprav připravených kombinací licích pryskyřic a masivního dřeva
Pinková, Lucie
The bachelor thesis deals with the properties of surface treatments. Coatings are applied to samples made in combination with solid wood and epoxy resin. The aim of the thesis is to investigate the chosen finishes, performing laboratory tests to evaluate if the finish is suitable for table tops. The findings of the laboratory investigations were evaluated statistically and ac-cording to the standards to evaluate whether the surface finishes are suitable for the table tops or not. In the bachelor's thesis, polyurethane, acrylic urethane paints and pa-ints containing nanoparticles, nanocoats, were investigated. Samples of solid ash and oak wood were used for the production of samples. Veropal UV plus 100 epoxy resin was used in the bachelor thesis.
Povrchová úprava konferenčního stolu vyrobeného pomocí licích pryskyřic
Lavický, Matěj
In the theoretical part, this bachelor thesis deals with the issue of surface treatment of a coffee table made by casting resins based on epoxy and its final quality. In the experimental part, three massive materials were selected, namely black walnut (Juglans nigra), ash maple (Acer negundo) and summer oak (Quercus robur), which were coated with a thin layer in the form of epoxy-based casting resin. Half of these samples were subsequently provided with a water-bourne polyurethane varnish. The samples thus completed were subsequently tested to verify the optical, physico-mechanical and chemical properties and were compared with each other. Properties such as gloss, thickness, hardness, adhesion, scratch resistance, resistance to wet heat, resistance to falling ball and resistance to water vapor and cold liquids were evaluated and tested on individual surfaces of laboratory samples. All tests performed on laboratory samples followed the established technical standards.
Povrchová úprava nábytkového prvku s použitím živice
Slovíková, Lenka
The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of surface treatment of furniture elements, which is finished with casting resin. It examines properties of materials and casting epoxy resin and determines the process of joining solid wood with resin. The main task of the bachelor's thesis is to produce samples and then subject them to laboratory tests. Samples are tested to verify the surface quality of the samples in terms of visual properties, physical-mechanical properties and chemical resistance. Two species of wood, acacia (Robinia pseudoacacia) and ash (Fraxinus excelsior) are selected as produce samples. The surface is finished with casting epoxy resin EPOXY 2002 with a pigment dose of 1 % and 4 % per weight of resin.
Využití práškového lakování pro antikorozní ochranu ocelových součástí
Gerken, Thomas-Kenneth
This Bachelor thesis contains a view into corrosion itself and a closer look into the technology of powder coating in connection with anticorrosion protection of steel parts. The thesis is divided into three main parts, which are closely connected together. First part of the bachelor thesis is dedicated to problems regarding corrosion with a closer look into basic corrosion mechanisms and options of its elimination with the use of anticorrosion systems. Second part is focused in detail on material surface preparation before applying anticorrosion protection. The third part is dedicated to powder coating technology including quality control of finished coating.
Vhodnosť druhu povrchovej úpravy na umývadlá z masívneho dreva
Tuhý, Dušan
This bachelor's thesis is a study and description of the properties of individual types of surface treatments on polyurethane varnishes. The first source is the basic lacquer DD-Isoliergrund 25103 - Adler and the upper lacquer PUR-Strong 26301 ff also from the manufacturer Adler. The second type of surface treatment is varnish OPU 77 S 15 - Sirca also used as primer and topcoat. With regard to their potential use as a surface treatment for solid wood washbasins. The surface treatments were applied to the surface of solid oak wood, in three different sections, namely a tangential section, a section at an angle of 45 ° and 90 °. In the work, the author tested surface treatments according to standardized tests. After that the author described procedures and results, then he listed the conclusion of every test in the following text.
Pigmentová povrchová úprava špaletových oken
Gajdošík, Tomáš
The main topic of the work is a pigmented surface treatment of casement windows in terms of its stability and resistance to external influences, especially water and humidity. The literary part of the bachelor's thesis introduces the topic of casement windows, their history, development, coating and their sustainability in the field of modern technologies. Next, it focused on production materials, technical parameters of windows and the issue of water condensation in the lintel. Pine samples (Pinus silvestris) painted with water-dispersible and solvent-based alkyd paint were used for the practical part of the work,. The properties of paints in connection with the surface treatment of individual samples were monitored. Their permeability to water and moisture, resistance to mechanical damage and their visual aspect were examined in this bachelor's thesis. The output is a summary of the properties of verified paints and recommendations for practice in terms of their usage.
Tvorba materiálů pro podporu výuky odborného předmětu
Ryzí, Adéla
The bachelor’s thesis deals with the creation of didactics support of the subject technology for the field of carpentry. In the theoretical part of the work, there are listed theoretical materials and requirements for the creation of the support. in the methodology chapter of the thesis are described reasons, why is the creation of the support important and why the selected subject was chosen. The method of creation of the didactic support is also described in the chapter. The individual parts of the support are presented and described in detail in the application secti-on. The work ends with discussion and conclusion, where I summarize the com-pleted work and compare it to the given goals. Complete educational support is part of the attachments.
Vývoj povrchových úprav kompozitných materiálov masívneho dreva orech a PMMA
Maarova, Emma
This bachelor thesis examines the development of surface treatments of composite material of solid walnut wood and polymethyl methacrylate. 5 different coatings were selected for the surface treatment, which were subsequently examined according to the surface treatment standards. This work describes the preparation of paints, examines and evaluates the final surface films and discusses the best surface treatment results for a given composite.
Device for galvanic plating of 3D printed parts
Orgoň, Sebastián
This work aims to bring closer the process of galvanic plating of 3D prints, it is dedicated to individual parts of 3D printing where we go through different types of printing and materials. Also points out the importance of pre-treatments before galvanic plating and discusses the individual options for these pretreatments. It also deals with galvanic plating itself, where it analyzes the principle of this technology of thin layer deposition and differentiates between the individual types of possible coatings used. At the end, it deals with the concept of the device for such galvanic plating.

It also deals with galvanic plating itself, where it analyzes the principle of this technology of thin layer deposition and differentiates between the individual types of possible coatings used. At the same time, it deals with the parameters affecting this process and the quality of the applied layer. It also deals with the concept of the complex device for such galvanic plating and its implementation. At the end, through a series of experiments, searches for the optimal setting of the parameters for the plating process.
