Klimešová, Sandra ; Petrů, Anita (advisor) ; Charvátová, Helena (referee)
The goal of this thesis was to map actual habitat distribution in the locality of Branský les II. in Třeboň. The locality is influenced by adjacent peat extraction. The purpose of this mapping was the identification of natural habitats and habitats influenced human activity. At the same time, detection of presence of rare or threatened species of flora and assessment of the expanse of area influenced by adjacent extraction. In 2015 a data collection was performed and the results were evaluated by the Habitat Catalogue of the Czech Rebublic and Handbook of Habitat Evaluation. In the study area there obvious degradation of stands mainly because of drainage. A ratio of natural habitats compared to anthropologenic habitats is minimal. Nevertheless, the vegetational attributes of the locality match with the habitat L10.2 pine mire forests with Vaccinium and within Natura 2000 network belongs to so called priority habitats. As a suitable way of restoration of peat bogs natural habitats is possible to apply a method of blocking a drainage canals or leave a peat bog to natural cyclical development
