Detekce fytopatogenů jahodníku
MICHÁLKOVÁ, Barbora
Strawberries were tested for presence of selected phytopathogens (Agrobacterium, Rhodococcus, phytoplasmas, SMYEV, SMoV, SPV1, SCV and SCRh1) by the PCR. At the same time was researched the transmission of mentioned phytopathogens by grafting. The DNA of the strawberries with positive results was sequenced.
Využití mechanizačních prostředků při pěstování jahodníku
Pavlík, Jiří
Bachelor thesis describes the most widely used technological methods of strawberry growing in the world and in the Czech Republic and mechanization for individual operations and their basic structural elements.
Vliv vybraných pomocných prostředků na výnos a kvalitu produkce jahodníku v ekologickém režimu pěstování
Fojtík, Vojtěch
In this master's thesis was evaluated the effect of auxiliary plant and soil product such as LignohumateB, Synergin, Hungavit A, PrevB2 by the varieties 'Elkat' and 'Darselect' and Alginure, Myco-sinVIN, Polyversum, Gliorex by the varieties 'Korona' a 'Induka' on the yield and quality parameters of the harvest, the incidence of the rot of the fruit and selected substances contained in fruits (refractometric dry mater, total dry matter, vitamin C, pH, titratable acids, TAC) of the strawberry, grown in the organic system. None of the used products had significant effect on any of the tested parameters. According to the achieved results, can be said that the product on the nutrition of plant had the best results Lignohumate B and Synergin and the product for protection of plant had the best result Polyversum. In the evaluation from the market point of view was the best variety 'inductive'. The most resistant variety against diseases was 'Darselect' and from the sensory evaluation was the best evaluated 'Korona'.
Vliv bioaktivních látek na růst a produkci jahodníku v ekologickém systému pěstování
Kremláčková, Šárka
The aim of the thesis was to prove the effect of Lignohumate B and Synergin bio-stimulators and their combined effect on the cultivation of strawberries in simulated organic production. The preparations were expected to influence growth, health, yield and quality of the fruit. 'Honeoye' and 'Symphony' varieties were selected for the proving also in order to test their suitability for this type of cultivation in the specific conditions of the Czech Republic. Experiments were set up and assessed on experimental plots at the Faculty of Horticulture in Lednice, taking place between 2007 and 2009. No statistic proving of positive effect of the tested preparations - Synergin, Lignohumate B and their combined application was found in terms of growth characteristics, yield and qualitative parameters of strawberries. The results suggest that application of Synergin (protein hydrolysate) and Lignohumate B (lignosulphonate) on strawberries is not justified. The most important variety for setting up organic strawberry plantations is the one that is resistant to more diseases and has a high yield potential at the same time. These requirements were met only by the 'Symphony' variety.
