Kacer, Jakub ; Rubinová, Olga (referee) ; Blasinski, Petr (advisor)
The aim of the bachelor´s thesis/project is to design a single-family passive house. In my bachelor´s project I designed a detached two-storey building with flat roof located in Moravany. On the first floor on the south-east side is located kitchen and the living room with view on the terrace, on the other side of the floor is utility room, main entrance, guest bathroom and main hall with staircase. On the second floor is master bedroom with en suite, two kids room and bathroom mainly for the kids. The foundation of the building is made out of reinforced concrete strips. The vertical structures are mansory designed from ceramic blocks and the horizontal structures are designed from reinforced concrete slabs. Main source for heating, cooling and hot water preparation is the air to water heat pump with added photovoltaic panels to additional power suply. The building services are underfloor heating, cooling by fan coil system and heat recovery by MVHR system. Part of documentation is the Energetic performance certificate.
