Mortgage crisis in Spain and impact on the EU

The work deals with the theme "The mortgage crisis in Spain" and its subsequent impact on the European Union. First, the thesis explains the issue of starting the crisis, as well as its inclusion in the historical context, the previous development of the Spanish economy, and a causal connection between the past and the current situation. The work explains some basic concepts related to the real estate bubble, the mortgage market, government intervention in the economy, government reforms in Spain and the financial support of the European Stability Mechanism. Some phenomena are explained through the analysis of statistics and data. The results are compared with the current situation and there are explained the answers to the questions at beginning of the work. The main objective is not only to describe what effect will the mortgage crisis have in the Spanish economy, but also what will be the subsequent development of the crisis and what will be the impact of the crisis on the EU. Will the mortgage crisis extend in such way that the Spanish economy would collapse, or can Spain overcome the crisis?
Proc and cons of rapid growth of chinese economy

This bachelor thesis analyses the current status of chinese economy and detailing the overheating economy, especially China's overheating property market. The first chapter is structured as a SWOT analysis of the economy, focusing on the factors which affect the country's economy. The second chapter presents the definition of "overheating economy" in general and the theoretical basis is then implemented into practice on the example of China's overheating and bubbles in the real estate market.
