Toponyms of the Microregion Pomalší
STACHOVÁ, Denisa
This master thesis deals with the issue of place names in the microregion of Pomalší. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part contains theoretical knowledge from the linguistic disciplines of onomastics and toponomastics. Furthermore, it specifically deals with the issue of place names and their classification. In the practical part, we will apply the acquired theoretical knowledge to the oikonyms of the researched area, explain the origin of the names of the given municipalities, briefly present their history and place the oikonyms in the selected classification. The aim of the thesis is to contribute to the toponymy of the Pomalší microregion.
The use of bioaccumulation capabilities aquatic plants and moss for monitoring some risk elements in the Malše river.
BEDĚRKOVÁ, Ivana
The aim of the graduation theses was the using bioaccumulation efficiency of plants, especially water mosses, for the monitoring of the occurence of risk elements in surface waters. The graduation theses assess the content of risk elements in this bioindicators in relation to quality of water supply river Malše. Water mosses susceptibly reflect the statement of water environment and they confirm very good quality of water in river Malše and its usability as water supply river in term of content of monitored risk elements (chrome, arsenic, zinc, lead, cadmium, mercury and uranium).
The occurrence of brook lamprey (\kur{Lampetra planeri })in the Malše River near Kplice
BRABCOVÁ, Miroslava
Within the frame of the ichthyological survey of the Malše River in Dolní Dvořiště and several river profiles upstream the Kaplice town the presence of brook lamprey (Lampetra planeri) was proved. In years 2007-2009 in six localities of the Malše River between Dolní Dvořiště and Kaplice town the occurrence of the species was proved. Lamprey larvae created more than 90%, catch of adult lampreys was low. In time period investigated the densities were relatively low (8 inds./m2 maximally) and were not significantly different between compared years and localities sampled. Lampreys densities were influenced by current speed and rate of shade. Physical {--} chemical parameters of water (temperature, pH, oxygen concentration, conductivity) and also water depth and thickness of sediment were in the range of optimal values in the sampled microhabitats so any correlations between these parameters and densities of lampreys were not observed.
Evaluation of water quality during year 2005 in stream Malše river.
TOMKOVÁ, Zdeňka
In this work is proved by evidence the course of changes in composition of water quality on the upstream of Malše river. The main purpose of this essay is also to work up device datas and value quality of water on the head water named Malše from years 2004/2005. These datas include elementary basic kations (Na, Mg, K, Ca), some heavy metals (Fe, Zn, Hg, As, Mn, Pb, Cr, Cd), main anions (Cl - , NO3 {--} - N, NO2 - - N, PO43- - P, SO42-, NH4+ - N) and datas benefit from terrain (pH, conductivity, temperature, oxygen of water and KNK4,5).
