Preparation the KOPY TRUCK s. r. o. company for the re-certification ISO 9001

The subject of my diploma thesis is the preparation of the organization KOPY TRUCK s. r. o. to the re-certification ISO 9001. The thesis analyses the fulfilment of requirements of the quality management system in the place, identifies strengths and weaknesses in the system and makes recommendations. The main aim of my thesis is the suggestion of applicable and real solution of shortcomings which will lead to the constant improvement. The thesis is divided into five chapters. The first chapter defines the subject of quality and introduces the development of quality management systems to the present. The second chapter informs about the technical standardization, ISO 9000 and the requirements of ISO 9001:2009. The structure of the standard is reflected in the practical part of the thesis. The third chapter presents information about the organization KOPY TRUCK s. r. o. and analyses strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats through the SWOT analysis. The following chapter evaluates and discusses about the fulfilment of the requirements of ISO 9001 in the organization. At the end of the individual articles of standards there are presented changes, recommendations and implemented solutions. The last chapter summarizes the compliance of standards in the organization and identifies the main benefits of the thesis. After the review of the requirements of ISO 9001, there was found that the company meets the requirements. These recommendations will help to develop a quality management system and contribute to the improvement of the company.
Management System Analysis with Regards to Compliance of ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 Requirements at Selected Organization

The goal of the Master's Thesis is to describe and analyze the current situation of the management system with regard to compliance of standard ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 requirements at OFA Ltd. The result of the thesis will be used as basic information for implementation and subsequent certification of the quality management system at the company. The Master's Thesis contains improvement recommendations and suggestions oriented on quality management system at OFA Ltd. In the theoretical part is described the term quality and explain why quality is important nowadays. In that part are also mentioned some concrete quality management systems including the system of the international standard ISO 9001.

The diploma thesis is preparing a small business enterprise in the field of internet marketing when establishing quality management in accordance to selected quality management standard. The aim is to summarizes the issues of norms selection or generally accessible framework and best practices. It describes the implementation of ISO 9001 for a particular company. There are described requirements for the document governance of ČSN EN ISO 9001:2009 standard. The diploma thesis defines the basic procedures and organizational structure. It sets out procedures while obtaining client or developing new services, creating of services or controlling of nonconforming products. The conclusion summarizes what implementation will mean for the company and as well it will offer recommendations.
