Energy difficulty of pressing granules for heating from renewable resources.
STERNBERG, Jiří
In this bachelor thesis is solved energy consumption of granular pressing for heating from renewable sources. The first part summarizes general information about biomass and its use. Special attention is devoted to the production of briquettes from chopped sorrel, from poppy and sawdust. The second part is devoted to the consumption comparison of firewood and briquettes from biomass, measurements of hour press and crusher performance and actual results of measuring energy difficulty of briquette production. In conclusion, it is stated that the production of 100 kg briquettes (as described in the specific case) is evaluated by the item for consumed energy of 42.69 CZK.
Suggest and compare possibilities of manipulation and treatment of long -term stored straw briquettes.
DEMETER, Jan
The main content of this bachelor´s work in the study discipline called Means of Transport and Manipulation is suggesting and comparing technological links for production, manipulation and storage of straw briquettes on the basis of a literary research. Technological links for a seasonal and a year-round production of the briquettes are mentioned there as well. The main goal is to construct a model link for production and storage of straw briquettes.
Yield and quality of hemp oil and its utiliation
SKŘIVÁNKOVÁ, Ilona
Hemp is a versatile plant. Nowadays it is used in almost all sectors of human activity. Cultivation of hemp brings new job positions, revitalizes agriculture and engineering industries as well as other sectors of the economy and allows to re-establish a relationship between man and nature ? thanks to the help of modern technology. The following literature review, whose task was to summarize and evaluate the potential for exploitation, production and subsequent processing of hemp seed oil shows that hemp seed oil is an excellent source for the body of the necessary essential fatty acids in optimal proportions, and is also rich in other important nutrients such as the phytosterols and tocopherols. The methods of obtaining oil from hemp seeds, pressing and extraction, were recorded as differences in the preparation of seeds, and in the direct extraction process. Both methods have their pros and cons. The cold-pressing was found to be low yield and extraction methods is the disadvantage of technology and resources. Production and distribution of cannabis products in the Czech Republic dealing with several companies, two of which are oil notified under Directive 98/34/EC. Growing cannabis seeds will for most businesses in the Republic of the growing issues of risk and economically and will therefore be limited to more southern areas to ensure high seed yields.
Suggest and look into possibilities of making straw briquettes for energy use.
SLÁDEK, Karel
This thesis addresses the problem of making straw briquettes. The aim is to examine the possibility of making straw briquettes directly on the field from lines arising after the passing of the combine harvester, which would save the operation of harvesting and storing straw and thus transport intensity. The basis of this work is finding straw production in the Czech Republic and its possible potential to produce briquettes. The Czech Republic is able to use for energy purposes, an average of 1.6 million t / y of straw cereals and 900 000 t / y of rape straw. Low specific density cut straw complicated transport to incinerators or to stationary lines to produce other forms of fuel. Pressing the straw bales specific density improves, but costs associated with transport are still relatively high. Because of low specific density, straw often stored in open stacks. Not all the straw, which is not used directly in agriculture, is used for combustion. There are also other industrial uses for straw, as Ecopanels (construction), paper, various ornaments and tools (for example: baskets). Most important for the production of briquettes is the moisture content of input material, which may not exceed 15%. The basis for obtaining briquettes directly in the field is appropriate combination of forage harvester and briquetting press, for example self-propelled briquetting press Biotruck 2000 is constructed from the Claas Jaguar. Forage harvester transports straw to the briquetting press, during transport is straw dried because of the heat from powerful engine. To briquetting is used several types of presses that are described in this thesis. The best quality briquettes are formed on the principle of screw press. The last two parts of the thesis are dealing with proposal the technological line for production of briquettes from straw directly on the field. There are described here used machines, their cost, performance and energy efficiency in those parts of the thesis. In the proposed procedure is a dry indoor storage of briquettes.
