Návrh marketingové strategie nábytkářské firmy

This diploma thesis deals with the design of markting strategy of the Brno company Resa, spol. s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two main parts. In theoretical part, there the main concepts relating to marketing are described by research form. These include marketing mix, marketing planning, communication, and a brief history od this issue. In the practical part, there the current state of selected company, the individual parts of the marketing plan and the results of the questionnaire survey are analyzed. From the findings subsequently proposal is based for innovation, or more precisely designing a new marketing strategy, which is the goal of the thesis.

Design sedacího čalouněného prvku do bytového interiéru

The output of this diploma thesis is a functional prototype of a positioning upholstered armchair in a scale of 1: 1. In the first part we find the history of seating furniture with emphasis on positioning and upholstered armchairs. Furthermore, ergonomic requirements for seating furniture, safety requirements for seating according to standards and, last but not least, current trends in seating furniture. The practical part includes the research, description of the design of the upholstered armchair and its subsequent production, including description of the structure and materials used in the prototype production. The text is accompanied by visualizations of the armchair itself and photographs from prototype production.

Zpracování aktuálních rozměrových standardů lehacího a odpočivného nábytku

Dissertation deals with the problem of lying and resting furniture, in a partial way is also devoted to seating furniture. With relevance to the changes of population’s height and enlargement of body proportions according to the last measuring, it is necessary to revise the majority of dimensions of human – furniture and standards based on updated measuring. The aim is a statistical evaluation of data from the anthropometrical measuring, acquired within the NIS grant and creating optimal dimensions of lying and resting furniture so that they respond to the needs of current population. Graphical simulations created in ergonomic software Tecnomatix Jack are intended to illustrate the dimension requirements. The result are processed in a form of charts which are classified XS–XL. The outputs are compared to data in professional literature and standards. The optimal dimensions for lying and resting furniture were designed according to the results.

Container for educational material

The theme of bachelor thesis is an educational box on wheels designed for children in galleries and museums without any educational classrooms. I did a list with children needs and their tools for drawing. I designed a model that children can sit on, use it as a small drawing table and are able to find all their drawing needs under the container lid. Containers are mobile and can be stacked. The benefit of the work is better comfort for children in educational programs in galleries or museum expositions.

The main themes is cosmetic table. My grand mother made this future in 1990, when she worked in Vývoj nábytkářského průmyslu Brno. It is on circle platform and all of them is situated in circle. My design react on her table. My table has geometry shape and storage space is like open box on all of table place.

Židle z ohýbaného dřeva firmy Thonet

The bachelor work deals with the history and the development of the Thonet Company. It describes the particular phases of the company from the first workshop in Vienna to the present day joint-stock company TON. A list of the most important parts of sitting furniture with a brief description and photographs is a part of the work. The work describes in detail one particular chair from Michael Thonet, chair 6009. The photographs of the chair with a technical description are enclosed. I also enclose the view of the historical development and the survey of both public and private interiors in which the chair appeared or appears. The information gained is further used for my own design of a public interior, a small-town café. The design includes the ground plan made in the program AutoCAD 2012 and visualizations in the program 3ds Max Studio 2015.

This thesis is focused on the outside furniture for relax, sitting and leisure time. First of all, it dealt with research, from brief history of gardens and outside furniture, through today's materials used for making benches with examples of possible evolution in the future to surroundings, parameters and grounding of the bench itself. Secondly, the actualresearch of inappropriate furniture with questionnaires for visitors and keepers of the parks. This acquired information was used for own bench design for the specific interior, in this case, surroundings of Castle Veveri. In the end, visualizations and the price list of material for a bench.
