The Sectoral Operational Programme for Poly-Functional Agriculture and its evaluation

The aim of this work is to get acquainted with possibilities of using financial resources for the Czech Republic as an EU member. There are mentioned synopses here of possibilities of using the structural funds of EU and pre-accession financial support. The work is focused on the Operational programme of Rural development and multifunction agriculture 2004 {--} 2006 and its evaluation in terms of formal EU requirements and in terms of utilizing of financial sources. In the second part of the work this programme is described including fundamentals of projects preparation and financial supports administration. The work is further focused on the financial framework and summary of using from this programme for individual years, regions and measures. Based on a database of the companies which asked for financial support within this programme, there are several economic indicators calculated. The work ends with assessment of possibilities of financial resources from EU, evaluation of the OP of Agriculture and adumbration of the situation of programme continuing for the period 2007 {--} 2013.

The Impact of Subsidy on the Development of Agriculture in the South Bohemian Region

The aim of the thesis was to examine the impact of subsidy on the development of agriculture in the South Bohemian region. The first part was focused on the development of the agrarian policy in the Czech republic and on the characteristics of the subsidiary titels, as a step in the common agrarian policy of the EU. The other part of the thesis dealt with the characteristics of the South Bohemian region and its agriculture and with the analysis of the subsidy utilised by agrarian contractors in the South Bohemian region. The analysis concerned the using of subsidy from the direct payment, the horizontal plan of the rural development and the operational programme {\clqq}The Rural Development and Multifunctional Agriculture`` within the period 2004{--}2006. On the basis of the analysis it was possible to consider the impact of individual subsidy on the receipts in agriculture. According to the acquired data and the current Czech and Bavarian subsidiary policy a proposal of the direction of the future subsidiary policy has been draft.

Taxation and grant of agricultural company - influence accounting methodist and relation to income from operations

This bachelor thesis deals with tax and grant issues concerning a subject being in business in the agricultural sector. The objective is to elaborate more precisely these issues with regard to the impact on accounting and with a resultant relation to the final net income. Theoretical base of the application in the agricultural enterprise Jari Agro, Ltd. is mentioned in the practical part of this bachelor thesis. Grants are crucial for present agricultural entrepreneurs. I described the influence of these grants (drawn by enterprises) on the final net income. I also noted the impact of taxes on the final net income. All data needed for the compilation of this thesis were found out from the basic company statements {--} balance sheet and profit & loss statement for the years 2005 - 2007, from the literature and from the Internet.

Evaluating procedures of sector operational programmes and programme of rural development

I decided the theme for my graduation theses to be {\clqq}Evaluating procedures of sector operational programmes and programme of rural development``, because the enter of the Czech Republic to the European Union opened a view for new possibilities at all of sectors development. For achievement a living standard and a maturity of Western Europe we need a support in the form of dotations. Because there are lots of supports, I fixate my theses for the sector operational programmes of agriculture and programme of rural development. I describe the evaluating procedures of these programmes made by Council of the EU, characterize the requirements ex-ante. These I compare with a real situation. All of my results I summarize to the tables and graphs. At the end I will compare The programme of rural development for the period 2007 {--} 2013 in the Czech Republic with the same programme of rural development for the same period in Sweden. In supplements is placed to financial plan of Sweden in Swedish, because this part wasn´t translated to English.

The possibilities of permaculture practice on small scale farm

In recent decades we have witnessed an unprecedented development of negative environmental changes, to which the intensive conventional farming contributes. The answer to this farming method may be the permaculture, which was originally formed as a continuous system of agriculture and later it extended to other aspects of life - cultural, economic and social. Permaculture has become the concept for designing of sustainable systems.This thesis shows a concrete example, what might be a sustainable farming on the family farm, based on the principles of permaculture.

Accountancy and tax evidence of private farmer, comparing their propriety for actual conditions of his economy

The aim of this diploma thesis is to explain the problematic concerning leadership tax evidence or accountancy of private farmer. This work is focused on accounting in agriculture specificity too. The part aim of this work is the identification of specificity, especially animals. This diploma work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part of this thesis contains whole term agriculture, general characteristic of agriculture production and legal regulations, characteristic and description tax evidence and accountancy. In the practical part is demonstrates accounting in tax evidence and accountantancy particular private farmer. Last but not least one example is shown, how the accounting in the tax evidence and accountancy.

The collectivization of agriculture - Sušicko and Horažďovicko (1949-1959)

The collectivization of agriculture, or in other words, the process of village socialization has become a term that is synonomous for revolutionary changes to the lives of farmers, villages, and the entire countryside. For the older generation, its rememberance illicits mixed emotions; for the younger gereration, it is only a foggy resonance of the beginning of the path towards socialism.The collectivization of Agriculture can be evaluated by several criteria and points of view, whereas by refering to one of them we can characterize this era as the period of mass illegality.And it is this mass illegality that is the major concern of the diploma work. It aims to examine the impact of the collectivization policy on the rural inhabitants and the ensuing reactions as it is rarely studied by regional historiography {--} it is not available or is only available to a limited extent. From my point of view, this interaction is best described by the records of the criminal agenda of Sušice and Horažďovice court from 1949 to 1959; they also form the basis of my thesis.This thesis is focused not just on the general features of collectivization with regard to the mentioned regions, but to a considerable extent, it focuses on concrete examples. This thesis and peoples responses thus attempts, in part, to turn this work into a testimony of our recent history.

EVALUATION OF MEZZOCLIMATE AND ITS INFLUENCE ON THE APLICATION OF ECOLOGICAL AGRICULTURE IN AN INTEREST

The main aim of this work is to evaluate the mezzoclimate in the area of Hamer where a farm is situated which focuses on agriculture with an endeavour for granting a licence authoristation for ecological agriculture. There are many aspects which have an influance on how to manage a tilled area of meadows and pastures. It has been found what is for this farm profitable and what is inconvenient frombothgeographical and meteorological point of wievs. It has been also found, that the influance of such an agricultural activity has a very positive influence on both - the countryside and man. This kind of agriculture produces health unexceptionable groceries and biomass that we are capable of utilizing for production of energy due to an unhampered form. There is a ( growing) demand for this kind of farms with the focus on quality than quantity.
