The use of aquatic biotope for teaching fundamentals of ecology - project
RÁKOSNÍKOVÁ, Tamara
Bachelors thesis focuses on the use of aquatic habitat for teaching fundamentals of ecology. First, there is an analysis of available textbooks, both in terms of ecological and taxonomical in terms. In the next phase of the work is concerned with the characteristics of selected aquatic habitat, in which the author carried out a survey. The survey focuses primarily on the present taxonomic units. Based on the collected data is elaborated project didactic-methodological procedures used to verify and consolidation-study curriculum. The project activities are designed with the theme of ecology aquatic habitat, often accompanied by worksheets and games with ecological overtones.
The effect of the economic intervention on the stability of the ecosystem of National Nature Reserve Řežabinec
ŠRÁMEK, Pavel
The work is oriented towards the protection of the National Nature Reservation Řežabinec from the viewpoint of its historical development and creation. There are mentioned methods, causes and its protection. In the thesis is described the way of fishery during its valid from to care plans. I have had considered the ecosystem on the basis of available literature dates. The practical part of the work is aimed on the observation of water chemistry and the revival state of the pond primarily from the viewpoint of biomass development and generic representation of zooplankton during one growing season. Partially, I aim myself on fish stock, submerged and littoral vegetation and the occurrence of water fowl. In the work is proved relation volume of fish stock on the abundance and species representation of zooplankton and positive influence of lower fish stock on the development and stability of the whole ecosystem.
Diversity of diving beatles in cultural landscape
EBERMANNOVÁ, Petra
Diving beetles (Dytiscidae) are the most speciose family of predatory aquatic beetles. This work consisted of a literature review of factors influencing the diversity of diving beetles in time and space and a field survey of diving beetles in various parts of vegetated littoral habitats of human-altered water bodies during the season. The survey took place at nine ponds near the villages of Třebín and Dubné and on the edge of the town of České Budějovice in spring, summer and autumn 2011. The results showed a preference of diving beetles for ponds with smaller amounts of fish, less nutrient supply and larger vegetation coverage. All these factors influence the abundance of diving beatles. One rare species, Hydrovatus cuspidatus, was found during the survey.
Primary algologic research in basin of Křemžký potok.
VYŽRALOVÁ, Anna
Area of my research was Křemžský potok and ponds in its environs. Křemžský potok situating in Blanský les is being got dirty over time. Polluting influences are caused by villages, which through the stream is flowing. Thereafter a watter in stream is polluted by sewage disposal plant and its tributaries. I found in environs of Křemžský potok and ponds many typical species for this country.
The influence of water areas on proposal of new land layout within comprehensive land arrangement
KAMENICKÁ, Šárka
In my work study I was evaluating na influence of water areas on proposal of new land layout within comprehensive land arrangement of Branná district. Analyzing current hydrology situation I found that in this location there are 17 ponds of measurement between 1 hectare and 43,5 hectares. To improve hydrology conditions I have suggested some appropriate actions. I was observing 8 ponds which were included in the program of Complex land adaptation running between 2006 and 2011. On the basis of maps of the ex-land registry, the estate cadastre and new digital maps of this area I was comparing measurement, differences in proportions and changes of property. Some amendments has been described in more detail.
The occurrence and biotope preferences of amphibians in former military area near České Budějovice.
NĚMEC, Stanislav
Submitted bachelor thesis deals with biotope preferences of amphibians. Experimental part of my work was carried out at former military tank ground near České Budějovice from March until June 2010. Biotope preferences were examined at these species: European Fire-bellied Toad, European tree frog, Agile Frog and Common toad. Since the end of military activity in 1990, there has been growing ecological succession which influences each of the species. The aim of my work was to find out what factors have influence on particular species and compare the outcomes with those of previous works carried out between 1995 and 2008. The observation was pursued during the daytime, above all at night, when frogs are most active. The outcomes has been statistically evaluated and it was found out that great pond surfaces are the most suitable for European tree frog and Common toad, whereas European Fire-bellied Toad and Agile Frog do not mind gradual growth of vegetation, moreover it suits them. The data from 1995 indicate appearance of European tree frog also in pools. My outcomes from 2010 confirmed their appearance only in ponds. On the contrary, Agile Frog has been seen here recently only seldom, in 2010 together with European Fire-bellied Toad it was the most common species. Common toad was the most precious species in the examined habitat. It was found only a few specimens. Appearance of Common toad was registered in ponds in 1995 but this was not confirmed in 2010.
Influence of water areas on the proposal of a new land arrangement
JAROŠOVÁ, Kamila
In my work I dealt with an influence of water areas on proposal of new land arrangement in Žár u Nových Hradů cadastral area. In the area are 6 ponds and 2 water tanks. On the basis of maps of the real estate cadastre, land cadastre and project of complex land consolidation I compared changes in area of ponds a water tanks with contiguous plots and their arrangement. I found out a significant change only by the Havner pond, by which the arrangement changed.
The Occurrence and Biotope Preferences of Selected Amphibians on Abandoned Training-ground in České Budějovice
BOXANOVÁ, Silvie
The aim of this work is to find actual occurrence pattern and biotope preferens for selected amphibian species on the former military training-ground near České Budějovice town and compare the results whit existing ones from previous research thirteen yars ago.
Floristic research of part of catchment area of Oslava river between villages Velke Mezirici and Vanec
BORŮVKOVÁ, Zuzana
The study deals with a description of vegetation of part of catchment area of Oslava river between villages Velke Mezirici and Vanec. The search had been realised during the vegetation seasons of the years 2006 and 2007. There are characterised geological-petrographical, soil, climatic, hydrographic ratios and basic phytogeographical characteristics of this area in the form of a search. Selected genera of the observed plants was characterised and their incidence is figured in the schematic maps of the area. There were found out 327 kinds of plants there. In the annex there are attached schematic maps with places of occurence of the plant genera and photographic documentation.
