Education is perceived as a long-term, lifelong issue. The thesis entitled "Care in the area of education in of state- and public sector and its comparison with the private sector" deals with further education of the working in the three aforementioned sectors and with the comparison of conditions of pursuiting further education. The thesis unveils the problematics connected with further education and provides an insight into financing of the aforementioned sectors.

The Bachelor thesis evaluates the external and internal environment of the company Tonak a. s. On the basis of this analysis, the target is to design a strategy which allows the company to increase its market share and competitiveness in international markets. The part of the literature review describes basic concepts and methods that have been already written by other authors to these topics. In part of the results the individual methods are applied directly to the millinery industry and for the company Tonak a. s. The external environment is evaluated by STEPE analysis and Porter's model of competitive forces. The principle of the value chain is used for the analysis of the internal environment. The important factors of external and internal environment are summarized by SWOT analysis and a new strategy is proposed. The discussion part elaborates recommendation for the company and formulates benefits and costs of the chosen strategy.

Dania, T., The impacts of the crisis on the construction industry and suggestions of measures for the company Arsstav. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2014. This bachelor thesis focuses on impacts of the crisis on the construction in-dustry and evaluating the influence of these impacts on financial aspects of select-ed construction company. External, internal and financial analyses are used to identificate impacts, threats and weaknesses. Based on the analyses and consulta-tion with company's management a list of threats and weaknesses with direct im-pacts on the company was drawn up. A summary of threats and weaknesses is used for creating suggestions of measures and recommendations to resolve result-ing situation. Other impacts and threats, which are not mentioned within the list of suggested measures, are proposed in discussion.

The aim of this thesis was to identify opportunities and threats for the selected company and suggest to company uses the information. In the practical part of the thesis it was used marketing situational analysis that examines the internal and external environment of the selected company. Information from the analyzes were summarized and evaluated in a SWOT analysis.SWOT analysis revealed the strengths and weaknesses of the company, opportunities and threats. In conclusion was suggested several recommendations on the use of collected information

Based on these analysis the best strategy and measures are recommended. These recommendations should improve market position of selected company. This thesis deals with the recruitment and selection of employees focused on electrical and wiring works. The aim of this thesis is to establish recommendations in the processes of recruitment and selection of staff. The own work compares these activities in two different companies on the basis of information provided by companies. For the analysis of the environment is used SWOT and STEP analysis. The findings in this thesis propose ways for efficiency improvement of exploited methods and appropriate motivation of employees.

This bachelor thesis focuses on a business plan for the establishment of the Rybička business entity which deals with the designing, manufacturing and realization of aquariums, gardens and garden lakes in Zlín and its surroundings. The theoretical part defines basic terms connected to the business, business plan and its structure. The practical part contains analyses, such as a PEST analysis, Porter's model of five forces and a SWOT analysis that enabled to define inner and outer environment of the company. Then there are other parts of the business plan described for the Rybička company.

This thesis is focused on development of recommendations for selecting appropriate business strategy for small businesses operating in the gastronomy sector, which would lead to consolidate their position in this sector of the market. The theoretical part describes starting points which are followed by the practical part. The result of the work is based on the analysis of the external and internal environment of the three monitored companies. To analyze the external environment was used the PESTE analysis and analysis of competitive forces. Analysis of the internal environment is based on an analysis of the vision, goals and mission of the enterprise, value chain analysis and portfolio analysis of monitored companies. Factors of external and internal environment are processed by matrix EFE and IFE. From the analysis of the external and internal environment are compiled IE matrix and SWOT matrix. SWOT matrix creates recommendations for selecting an appropriate business strategy.

The bachelor thesis is focused on creating appropriate strategies for children's entertainment center Familypark Valachy. The external environment was analyzed using PESTE analysis and Porter's model of five driving forces. The internal environment was assessed through Happy atom "7 S" by McKinsey company. Based on the obtained information were identified opportunities and threats and also strengths and weaknesses. For the proposal of strategies was used Ansoff matrix Product-Market. The result of my bachelor thesis is the choice of the most appropriate strategy with regard to the economic aspect.

This work focuses on financial plan of suitable strategy for growth of bike shop. Analysis of external and internal environment, situational analysis and SWOT analysis is used to determine suitable strategy. The suitable strategy is chosen in compliance with preferences of shop owner. The suitable financial plan of selected strategy is proposed in accordance with shop owner's requirements as well as loans offered at the market. Profitability of this investment is evaluated by way of internal rate of return and moreover there is determined payback period. Other possibilities of development of bike shop are proposed in conclusion.
