Elaboration of supplier - consumer relationships in an accounting programm on PC in a company dealing with controlling immovables

This bachelor work focuses on supplier-customer relationships. It describes theoretical aspects of booking such transactions according to the Czech law and deals with accounting cases connected with them, e.g. advance payments, bill of exchange, accruals and provision for doubtful debts. Practical part deals with displaying supplier-customer relationships in accounting software. Main attention was paid to invoicing, booking of incoming and outcoming payments and statements of settled and unsettled receivables and liabilities. The aim of this work is to analyze usage and suitability of accounting software in existing company that possesses shopping centre and propose solution to supplier-customer relationships.

The aim of my labour is : On the basement of the knowledge about the enterprise´s process and their outputs , I would like to define the opportunities or the limits of the application of watching and adjudicated of the capacity, eventually the effectiveness in the conditions in this region. This labour is aimed on the region South Bohemian. The picked company is The Transport Undertaking Company of the town České Budějovice, for comapring his economics with the private sector.This labour contained the literary recherche, 2 SWOT analysis and the part which is dealing with the concrete economy of the both objects, the differences in them and in the opportunities their comparing {--} the exploitation of the analysis indebtedness, the profitability, the activities and the financial tests.

Analysis of accounting relations in company

The target of this bachelor´s work was analysis of accounting relations in specific company which works in the area of timber harvesting with harvestor technique. Another target of this work is to analyse active debts and liabilities. I focused on specific accounting of active debts for subscribers, engagements against suppliers, provided and received advance payments, accounting of exchange-rate difference and time resolution. Also I set up the vertical analysis of asset and debts.

The main goal of this thesis was to sum up the dilema of active debts and engagements from the view of suppliers and customers relationships and to bring closer accounting in a specific company which works on the field of producing and selling plastics products. In my thesis I focused on specific accountig of active debts for subscribers, engagements against suppliers, provided and recived advance payments, accounting of exchange rate difference and time resolution. I have also investigated individual accounts of account classification which is connected with specific dilema and differences from the standard accountig.

Accounting issues in company transformations

This thesis focuses on accounting problems that arise in the context of transformation the company. These include the problem of revaluation of assets and liabilities, the difference arising from revaluation and the recognition and reporting of difference from takeovers. To understand the context in thesis is described the Law on transformation of companies and cooperatives, and selected provisions of the Accounting Law.

Práce je zaměřena na účetní zobrazení vztahů účetní jednotky k dlužníkům a věřitelům. Základní dělení pohledávek a závazků z obchodního styku a povinnosti účetní jednotky vůči státu. Zúčtování se zaměstnanci a institucemi zdravotního a sociálního zabezpečení. Otázky týkající se daní jak přímých tak nepřímých, dotace poskytované účetní jednotce. Dále pohledávky za společníky, účastníky sdružení a členy družstva. Do této problematiky jsou zahrnuty i kurzové rozdíly, přechodné účty aktiv a pasiv, dohadné položky aktivní a pasivní a také opravné položky k pohledávkám

Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a prakticou část. Teoretická část práce je členěna na čtyři podkapitoly, které se postupně zabývají jednotlivými směry v účetnictví, účetními výkazy, oceňováním v účetnictví a poslední kapitola této části se zabývá pohledávkami a závazky. V praktické části jsou pak analyzovány pohledávky a závazky konkrétní společnosti. Dále je rozebrána problematika kurzových rozdílů a jejich vliv na výsledek hospodaření.

Po přechodu od centrálně plánované ekonomiky k ekonomice tržní nastal v Československu, později v České republice obrovský rozmach podnikatelských aktivit Zpočátku bylo na trhu mnoho nového prostoru pro expanzi všech podnikatelských subjektů. Později, spolu se zmenšujícím se volným prostorem na trhu, zesiloval konkurenční boj mezi firmami Začala se postupně čím dál více uplatňovat převaha nabídky nad poptávkou a zákazníci, odběratelé, začali této situace stále větší mírou využívat. Konkurence přinutila dodavatele,aby část období své odběratele úvěrovali obchodními úvěry. Pro dodavatele tato částka znamená pohledávku, pro zákazníka ? odběratele závazek, který by měl nejpozději v dohodnutém termínu splatit.
