Dotýká se také trhů rizikového a rozvojového kapitálu v zemích střední a východní Evropy, které již nyní začínají nabývat na významnosti a to nejen v jednotlivých zemích, ale i v celé Evropě.

Analysis of bank mortgage products in the Czech Republic

This thesis deals with the analysis of bank mortgage lending in the Czech Republic. The basis of this analysis is a theoretical setting out the specifics of mortgage loans and analysis of all parts of the credit process. Subsequently, following the same principle, are analyzed specific mortgage products of a selected commercial banks. The thesis examines a course of the credit process for each client's products, their characteristics and conditions placed on the client. The thesis also deals with the analysis of interest rate and volume of mortgages in the context of changes in market interest rates and credit volumes in the economy.

This thesis contains solutions to chosen problems of applied mathematics. It comprises examples related to geometrical applications of the double and triple integrals´ theory, ie calculation methods of areas, volumes, mass and coordinates of gravity centres. Each problem´s solution is described in detail and supplemented with a picture. The problems are arranged according to complexity.

Using of the Riemannian integral for mathematical and physical calculus

The theoretical part of the thesis includes introduction of Riemann integral and its qualities, introduction of function of more variables, introduction of double and triple Riemann integral and physical applications of integral. The practical part includes derivation of general area formulas for different shapes and volume formulas for different solids, in some examples there are shown different ways of solution. The practical part also includes the use of Riemann integral for the determination of centre of mass, of statical moments and moments of inertia of objects.
