Tourism in rural space - Case study of the Purkarec village

This thesis examines the tourism in the rural space, which can be divided into variety of categories and forms. The main aim of the thesis is above all a detailed analysis of the situation in the municipality Purkarec as a concrete part of the region České Budějovice. Moreover this thesis specifies sights and opions of local inhabitants, businessmen and experts on local tourism. To analysing the tourism in the municipality Purkarec is used the method of the decriptive case study. Data collection and information gethering about the situation in rural space of the municipality Purkarec took a place trough combinations of methods of the qualitative and quantitavie research. On the basis of the field research was discovered attitudes and opinions of particular interviewed categories. The tourism in the area of Purkarec is at the moment rising up which nevertheless doesn?t affect negatively the environment.

Socio-economic and ecological aspects of tourism in rural space

The Bachelor Thesis deals with country travelling or country tourism. The theoretical part, or the research, explains concepts like country and country space, travelling, tourism and sustainable development. It delimits the types and forms of tourism and its benefits and drawbacks. The practical part of the Bachelor Thesis deals with the Region of Český Krumlov, or specifically with the village of Holubov and its country tourism. The Thesis includes questionnaire survey. The questionnaire results present the opinion of the village inhabitants on tourism in their village. The partial task of the Bachelor Thesis consists in comparing the opinions of the inhabitants of the village of Holubov with the results of the questionnaire survey performed among the inhabitants of the village of Zahrádky (District of Jindřichův Hradec) within the ?Tourism in country space? Bachelor Thesis (Trčková, 2012). A village in a nature conservation area, situated between significant towns, is compared to a suburban village, not situated in a nature conservation area and located on the border of the District of Jindřichův Hradec.

Tourism in rural space - Case study of the Zahrádky village

The bachelor work concerns with rural tourism, its actual forms, conditions for its fullfillment, its contributions for the community and negative influences and also its relation to sustainable progress. The work maps Jindřichův Hradec district as a tourist destination above all from the point of view of rural travel activity. With the help of descriptive eventual study work makes the analysis of situation in the community of Zahrádky. The results of the survey present the local people?s opinion of rural travel activity in the community.

The use of share funds for development of infrastructure services in selected agro-tourist farm

This thesis investigates the use of share funds for development of infrastructure services in the agro-tourist farm Michlová Hut with emphasis on the possibility of reconstructing the former pond as water area for recreation. In this thesis an analysis of tourist attractions in the area, was evaluated in tourism infrastructure and the survey was to determine the interest of visitors in recreational water area. The assessment questionnaire is interested in surface water confirmed subsequently was therefore analyzed the possible co-financing from EU funds. In conclusion, however, showed that although the pond by the visitors found the application of farm and its reconstruction would increase the attractiveness of the farm for visitors to the appropriate EU funding currently is not.

The business concept of rural tourism accommodation in area Strakonicko

The concept was designed based on information obtained from a questionnaire survey directed inquiry, guided interview and a thorough situational analysis, analysis of customers, competitors and suppliers. The data thus obtained was proposed business concept of romantic country house Na Paloučku.

In this work the potency of the tourist trade in connection with these microregions are characterized and some farms are closely introduced. According to the questionnaire research the situation on the ecological farms has been analysed and the community interest in the agrotourism/ecoagrotourism, has been studied.

Indicators of tourism oriented to hipotourism are described. The questionnaire was compiled in the analysis of hipotourism. Based on the analysis and survey project was developed further development of hipotourism in South Bohemia.

Analyze of ecological safe forms of tourism in Tachov region

The goal of this thesis is to analyse current situation of ecological safe forms of tourism in Tachov region. In first part there is created roster of this forms of tourism in Tachov region. Based off the questionnaire is made an inquiry about satisfaction of tourist or local inhabitants with current offer of ecotourism in this destination, specifically it is about hiking, cyklotourism, in-line skating, cross country skiing, water tourism a rural tourism. In the end of the work is evaluated this inquiry and afterwards there are suggested alternatives to make Tachov region as destination of ecotourism more attractive.

The business concept of rural tourism service facilities in the area of Pisek

The diploma thesis deals with the creation of a business concept to diversify the activities of a private farmer, operating in the region Pisecko, to the field of tourism, specifically to the agrotourism. At first, the surveyed area, accessibility, attractiveness and competitiveness were analyzed using secondary sources. In addition, primary sources were obtained with the help of a guided interview with the owner of a farm and a questionnaire survey conducted in travel agencies, tour operators and tourist information centers. Based on all the findings, the business concept of Jihočeské království was assembled. It includes a structural and technical solution, all services and the way of running the whole business, staffing and last but not least, the financial plan that demonstrates the viability of the project.
