Methods and techniques of active teaching in Czech language on the middle school
KAŠPAROVÁ, Eva
The aim of this diploma thesis is to find out the influence of methods and techniques of active teaching on the level of essay-writing in the basic school. The theoretical part describes chosen methods and techniques of active teaching within the context of the educational process. An experiment was carried out in the practical part and it verified the influence of these methods on the development of essay-writing potential of the pupils. The popularity of the chosen methods and techniques of active teaching was being researched by a questionnaire survey. The methods of active teaching were discovered to facilitate the success rate of the essay-writing and a statistically significant increase in the number of sentences and syntactic pairs was found in the experimental group.
Quality and properties of the charcoal made during the experiment in Lhota near Křivoklát
Woitsch, Jiří
In the paper the outcomes of the experimental charcoal burning, which took place in 2007 in Lhota near Křivoklát, are thoroughly described. Samples of charcoal obtained during the experiment were analyzed and compared with those collected at the charcoal burning sites in Romania as well as during other experiments in the Czech Republic. The outcomes of this comparison are also presented.
Experimental Investigation of Throttling Process Affected by Gas Impurities
Vinš, Václav ; Vacek, V.
The throttling process in a small-diameter tube – capillary tube – was experimentally investigated in this study. A special testing capillary tube equipped with precise temperature and pressure sensors was used to describe the effect of gas impurities, i.e. non-condensing gases (nitrogen in our case), on the flow of throttled refrigerant R218. Total pressure at the onset of vaporization was increased by partial pressure of contaminating gas. Therefore, the two-phase flow of gas-contaminated refrigerant started to be generated notably earlier than in the case of pure refrigerant flow. Mass flow rate of refrigerant delivered through capillary tube decreased even by 20 % in some cases. The experimental data were compared with a numerical simulation of pure refrigerant flow in capillary tube.
Experimental research chaos and his visualization
Kratochvíl, Ctirad ; Koláčný, J. ; Houfek, Lubomír ; Houfek, Martin ; Švéda, P.
Theory chaos like of science discipline unreel approximately from halves sixtieth years last century. Most washing is but till this time devoted theoretic aspects hereof prodigy and their investigation pursues as a rule on modelling systems with small number degree of freedom - concerning technical application. In his benefit put to record simulator studies chaotic phenomenon, which were gained with utilization, chaos modulus on mock - ups nonlinear dynamic systems. K visualization achieved results then use memory oscilloscope.
Evaluation of damping for mixture EPDM on the test samples at different temperatures
Pešek, Luděk ; Veselý, Jan ; Vaněk, František ; Bula, Vítězslav ; Cibulka, Jan
The report deals with the experimental evaluation of inner damping of the rubber mixture EPDM PEROXID 65Sh that is proposed for a damper production. The tests were done on two defined samples for temperature range from -40oC up to 100oC and frequency range up to 6kHz. The method of testing was proposed for the evaluation according to American standards SAE J1637 and ASTM E756-98. Thickness of the damping layer was designed by a parametric analysis of the FEM model.
Selected laser technologies in education of students of physical fields of study
Lapšanská, Hana ; Chmelíčková, Hana ; Schovánek, Petr ; Hrabovský, Miroslav ; Kainzová, V. ; Halenka, V.
This contribution informs about the increasing usage of laser systems in various industrial applications. In the light of this development, it is essential to update current lectures. Students of the physical and technical fields of study should improve their knowledge of basic sorts and principles of laser technologies, which they can come across in their future practice. Our laboratory is equipped with high power laser system, therefore we are able to provide students with experimental work apart from a theoretical presentation.
Matlab-Aimsun Toolbox 2.1
Dohnal, Pavel ; Dibelka, Lukáš ; Elbl, Marek
This text is the user's guide for installing and using toolbox for performing traffic experiments in Matlab 7.1 (or higher). The simulation is automatically ran in extern application - traffic simulator Aimsun 4.2. This is part of software package Getram Extensions 4.2, which must be installed, because is necessary for toolbox function. Getram Extensions 4.2 is supported only for Win32 platform, so that toolbox can be installed only on this platform (Windows 2000, Windows XP, etc.)
Behavior of thermo-visco-elastic material 42-809 for production of vibrodamping segments - Part I
Svoboda, Jaroslav ; Pešek, Luděk ; Fröhlich, Vladislav ; Vaněk, František ; Klášterka, Petr ; Cibulka, Jan
The report deals with the first results of rubber segment properties for vibrodamping of tram wheels. There are presented static and dynamic characteristics of force and deformation, changes of stiffness, temperature and loss factor with respect to number of cycles. In addition the growth of permanent deformation, lost of recovery, relaxation phenomena etc.
Identification of eigenfrequencies and eigenmodes of vibration and loss factors for rubber damped railway wheel
Pešek, Luděk ; Veselý, Jan ; Vaněk, František ; Cibulka, Jan
The aim of this work was to identify experimental eigenfrequencies, eigenmodes and loss factors for rubber-damped railway wheels with acoustic dampers. The excitation was realized by an elektrodynamic vibrator with different levels of excitation. The wheel was hung on the flexible rope. The frequency range was up to 6400Hz.
Verification of Berghausen noise method for residual stress measurement
Krejčí, Petr ; Návrat, Tomáš
This paper deals with verification of Barkhausen noise method for residual stress measurement. The aim is to verify functionality of commercial equipment which is using Barkhausen noise method for residual stress measurement by simple experiment. The experiment was realized by means of equipment for material testing with ability to load test sample by simple tension with known magnitude.
