The Reconstruction of Vyškov Rectory

The thesis solves the reconstruction of the rectory and its extension. The building is located in the historical center of Vyskov. The form of protection is the urban zone. The building will be renovated rectory and build a new gym, which responds to an insufficient number of sports facilities in the center of Vyskov. The building is designed to maintain in green. Objects will be used for spiritual purposes, commercial exploitation as activities for children and youth. There will also be park landscaping and creating a public space in the neighborhood.
REVITALIZATION AND SPATIAL CULTIVATION DOMINICAN MONASTERY IN ZNOJMO

Loss of the use of religious buildings reflects the current state of today's society. In regard to the secularization of the population in recent years, the number of religious buildings preserving the original use is still decreasing. The aim of this work is to create a new spatial terms for the use of the building with respect to historical values. The project includes a strategy for the use of church buildings, which is trying to solve the problem in a wider perspective. The result is a system design housing for children and young people from foster homes and the care facilities. In three progressive stages provide them secure preparation for an independent life. Rectories and monasteries follow each other to establish a operating net. This system is applicable to multiple locations of detected territory. 1 small rectory-surrogate family 2. Large rectory- community living for limited time serving as a step between institutional care and independent living 3. Monastery-city public housing for final integrated into the wider community and independent life In three progressive stages is demonstrated on selected examples of rectories and monasteries.

The project deals with the revitalization and spatial cultivation of the Dominican monastery with adjacent parish in Znojmo. The monastery is located near the castle walls in the historic center of Znojmo, on the street Dolní Česká. Gradually, should be its conversion from the original method of use to a new use, in order not to delay construction and degradation due to an empty object. The complex, its location and the actual functionality offers precondition for the formation of a community center with associated social housing. The community center should use the premises of the monastery, along with commerce and parishes. Living on the contrary, the rectory and the newly created mass in the courtyard.
REVITALIZATION AND SPATIAL CULTIVATION OF COMPLEX PARISH HOUSE IN HERALTICE

Today is the parish used only occasionally, and especially in summer, when there held a children's summer camp and during the rectory used by the municipality for several local events - Children's Day, the burning of witches and the very popular local pig butcher called. Town swine. Generally speaking, the parish is rather unexplored, which corresponds very poor technical condition of the building. Draft accepts the existing use of the parish and further expanded. Potential parish is large and it is necessary to use it. New feature parsonage combines several options to use, so that the parish could adapt current demand and that was sustainable. There is a use for the local and the general public that there will be a meeting. It can not easily determine which usage is dominant because they complement each other. Fara will serve as educational, environmental, cultural, sports and leisure center. Will focus on school trips, camps, but also for families with children, young, single or elderly. For everyone here finds the program. The training is aimed at growing their own vegetables and fruit and its subsequent processing in the kitchen. Subsequently, these can be grown raw materials directly used for teaching practice in the kitchen, where there will be lessons focused primarily on healthy and balanced cuisine. Lecture Hall may fold to lecture on the organic way of life, among other rectory also offers art workshops. For residents Heraltice has itself parish also use, especially for the annual traditional revelries are created special spaces. They can also use the multi-purpose hall for cultural and social events or sports. Local resident, then they can use a training kitchen to pass on their culinary skills of younger vintages, or simply use the kitchen for your own culinary ring. Main topic of this thesis is revitalization of parish house complex in Batelov in difficult situation after restitution of church property. Housing for elderly people is proposed as an economically viable use of complex. Form of newly designed building respects surrounding rural environment, value of nearby listed building of parish house and also needs of its future residents.

Student Bc. Michaela Ráčková in her diploma thesis will be deal with a phenomenon of revitalization of church buildings, especially design of reconversion of the former vicarage and its surroundings in the village Přítluky in South Moravia. Church buildings as churches, vicarages, convents have always been determining and dominant element in the formation of settlements. Their clear and often privileged position in the structure of settlements was determined by relationship of man to faith. This position remained them despite many ups and downs and church buildings still play an important role in the environment in which we live.
Reconstruction of historic building

In my diploma thesis deals with the reconstruction of the parish. Unused areas of the building will serve as a day care center, lounge, apartments and offices for priests. Fara, which I have chosen is located in the Pardubice region in the spa town of Lázně Bohdaneč. Fara is located northeast of the local church, which is situated in the center square. This is a two-storeyed building with attic space. The roof is hipped with a stencil asbestos cement roofing.
Reconstruction of Brankovice Parish

This is a reconstruction of the parish in Brankovice. The building has two floors, is partly a basement, attic, unused, false hip roof. The building was built in the Baroque - Classical style around 1773. The facade is horizontally divided by plinth, shams around windows, and by a cordon cornice lisenas vertically between windows. The front is accentuated by protruding buttress. The building consists of mid-section and two side wings, the layout is strictly symmetrical. The central axis of the main entrance to the building, which is linked to the entrance hall. On the second floor, there is a staircase hall in the central part of the building, connected to all rooms, which are further connected to each other. The rooms on the first floor will be used as an apartment for the pastor. The part of solution is reconstruction and extensions of bathrooms and garage. Bearing system of solved object consists of burnt bricks. The extensions is designed as ceramic brick blocks Therm masonry.
The rectory and the church in Lišov at the time of "the long" 19th century

The thesis shows everyday life in south Bohemian rectory Lišov in the years 1789-1914. The authoress used mostly sources preserved in the State District Archives in České Budějovice in the funds of Parish Office Lišov and District Office České Budějovice I, in the State Regional Archives in Třeboň in the fond Bishop{\crq}s Office and from sources of the Land Register Office in České Budějovice. The work is divided into seven chapters, introduction and conclusion. The first chapter is based upon specialized literature and describes the development of a church administration in Bohemian countries in observed period. In other chapters the authoress describes the rectory Lišov, its administration development and its economy; she also mentions social conditions of rectory{\crq}s inhabitants. The work then considers a chapter about church in Lišov, its renovation and people, who ensured the daily operation of the parish and the church. The thesis also describes a life of one of the rectory{\crq}s inhabitants in the beginning of the 20th century. The work outlines life at country rectory in the time of fast changing and modernizing 19th and the beginning of 20th century. Textual and picture supplements included.
