In my work I deal with the statutory bodies of the Limited Liability Company and Joint-Stock Company. The agent and the board play in the above mentioned companies an irreplaceable role. On one side they act on behalf of the company, on the other side they direct the day-to-day activities of the company. My work is divided into seven chapters, in which are subsequently mentioned all the important circumstances concerning the legal status of the statutory body in the given companies, together with the discretions and duties resulting from the discharge of their office. Generally gives the work an exhaustive overview of the legal status of the statutory bodies in the given companies.

The shareholder's equity in corporate enterprises

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to give a complex overview of the shareholder's equity of corporate enterprises (the joint-stock company and private limited company) according to the Czech judical code. The shareholder's equity is first explained in general, and then its individual sections are depicted in more detail, according to the differences between the two different legal forms of enterprise. The bachelor thesis emphasizes the importance of the authorized capital and connected accounting procedures, which makes for its increase or decrease.

Popisuje zahájení účetních činností,ukazuje a hodnotí položky rozvahy a výkazu zisku a ztráty společnosti a práce na konci účetního období. Propojují se zde teoretické znalosti a praxe. Poukazuje na nejdůležitější problémy společnosti.

Bakalářská práce "Jak si založit podnik" obsahuje ve své první části především popis pojmů podnikání, podnikatele, podniku a jeho okolí. Dále uvádí možné formy podnikání, jejich rozdíly a shrnuje relevantní legislativu. Ve druhé, praktické části, je kladen důraz na faktické založení podniku, tedy na konkrétní jednání s úřady, potřebné náležitosti a nezbytné dokumenty. Nakonec práce shrnuje i nejdůležitější momenty a situace, se kterými se podnik během jednoho roku svého fungování setkává.

Accounting and tax view of the limited liability company

The object of this work is an application of accounting, tax and legal enactments to the limited liability company with the view of introducing reader to the problems and making a comprehensive survey of information advisable to know. The work contains explanation of company establishment including the initiation of book-keeping, intoduces to closing of books and to financial statements including related statutory duties, or shows operations within the equity of a company. Problems with transactions among related entities make significant part of this work.

Práce pojednává o personálním rozvoji firmy v závislosti na firemních cílech, které si společnost určila pro období 2-3 let. Výsledkem je - na základě analýzy výsledků empirického šetření zaměřeného na zjištění cílů společnosti, popisů pracovních míst a reálné náplně práce - identifikace rozvojových potřeb zaměstnanců, navržení individuálních plánů rozvoje a návrh struktury náboru a výběru nového zaměstnance, kterého firma potřebuje.
