Vliv teploty vzduchu ve vazné stelivové stáji na chování dojnic

This thesis deals with the behavior of dairy cows in the stable binding litter depending on the internal temperature of the stable order of lactation , milk production and udder . At the time of observation was recorded every hour position cows - standing , lying on the left or right side . When observations were also measured air temperature , as a major influence on the behavior of dairy cows. The observations took place in 2013 from the month of July to December , twice each month. A total of 12 observations took place . Observation was carried out in the same place as when undergraduate work, four-row barn type K174 breeding cows of Holstein cattle in the farm production cooperative Mezilesí Krakovany. The observed values were then processed with the measured temperature data from monitoring performance , with data on the state of the mammary gland and evaluated in Excel 2007, and the 10th Statictica cz During the evaluation , there were no significant value , which would affect the behavior of dairy cows . The cows were found is in the range of optimum temperature . The effect of lactation on standing and lying cows , showed only performing more frequent lying down and getting up in dairy cows at first lactation. Udder on dairy cow behavior was demonstrated. Show only the preference of the left side while lying down.

Zhodnocení ekonomické efektivnosti investice v Zemědělském družstvě Kokory

My work focuses on the possibilities and ways of evaluation of the investment projects economic rate of profit. My theoretical knowledge is applied to the solution of a planned project realization in the cooperative farm Zemědělské družstvo Kokory. The project concerns a real investment in the replacement of some equipment of a postharvest line used for processing of the farm's vegetable production. To evaluate the investment efficiency both static and dynamic methods have been applied, of which the most accurate include the net present value, internal rate of return or pay-off period. In my work I also consider the use of really optional methods which are currently applied more and more frequently. Based on the results of these indicators it is evident that the project is profitable and it can be recommended for realization. Financing the project with their own resources seems to be the most favourable variant for the company. On the basis of the revealed results the cooperative farm will decide whether they will realize the project in the originally planned time scale and see whether the investment pays off.

The subject of this thesis is history and philosophy of the Vitra company. I focused on history, development and philosophy of this well-known company. Thesis describes production facility and its individual buildings. I wanted mainly to describe history of the company from establishment to present. It is also introduction of the most famous designers who cooperated / cooperate with the company and their most famous pieces, which contributed to permanent exhibition of Vitra. The aim of the thesis is to create a comprehensive picture of the company and bring its uniqueness to public.

Zhodnocení fyzikálního a chemického stavu půdy pozemků obhospodařovaných zemědělským podnikem

This bachelor thesis is focused on determination of physical, physico-chemical and chemical soil properties. The area selected for the determination of soil properties is located in the cadastral terittory in village Čechtín, cultivated by agricultural cooperative "Podlesí" Čechtín. The indisturbed soil samples were sampled on 26th October 2018 for the analysing of bulk density, porosity, maximum capillary water capacity, minimum air capacity and samples for analyzing of structure of 5 fields. The disturbed soil samples were sampled on 5th April 18 fields for the analysing of pH value, sorption complex, content of humus and availabel nutrients. On the basis of the analysis of soil properties was found that the soil on the tested fields is in good condition. In case, the agricultural cooperative „Podlesí“ Čechtín will farm as it currently does the soil will be not the poor quality in the future.

Možnosti rozvoje venkovského mikroregionu: případová studie Roketnice

This work is focused on rural regions, their definitions, functions, transformations and time development. The emphases is put on relationship of countryside and agriculture. The cooperation of rural municipalities with regards to drawing the grands is also mentioned. The suburbanization consequences toward rural regions is being discussed. The main scope of this test suggests that the countryside has got own trends and it is not possible to apply city trends for. The rural development is important in sense of permanently continuing development principles. Theoretical findings are converted into practice by analyzing area of Brno´s voluntary near by municipality union and also by area evaluation through SWOT analyses and then by suggesting a self-development strategy.

This thesis considers the possibilities of cooperation in the development of enotourism in Georgia. Part of this thesis is to evaluate the potential for the development of enotourism in Georgia and the creation of packages with enotourism products, promoting mutual cooperation and the development of destination management in Georgia. The results of this thesis have shown specific opportunities for cooperation between Czechia and Georgia with positive impact on both regions.

The Czech and Slovak Republics share a great part of history, and they are also connected through their similar languages and culture. But how does the cooperation of those states look like today, when both Republics are members of the European Union, which actively supports the establishment and the development of cross-border cooperation? The subject of this thesis is to answer this question, to assess generally the cross-border cooperation of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The evaluation of the current programme period 2007 -- 2013 within cross-border cooperation is done on the basis of the analysis of the collected data, whereas the prediction of the working of the future programme period 2014 -- 2020 is based mainly on a qualitative research.

Nástroje podpory prodeje v obchodních vztazích

This dissertation focuses on relations among business units (B2B), most of all relations among bakeries and distribution channel members when establishing and extending business cooperation. It stresses the importance of food-processing industry verticals, value chains and food distribution channels. Marketing tools of sales promotion base on the general conception that they are any form of support used by one market subject provided to another one in order to achieve a purpose set in advance. The thesis describes price as an important and intensive factor of marketing mix. It also examines how price and extensive factor quantity influence formation of gross profit, the important aggregate business indicator, on a case of bakery products. It defines bakery product life cycle, product appeal and sales potential. It characterizes promotion on a case study of corporation Penam, a major bakery in the Czech Republic. In order to achieve objectives, parametric, non-parametric, and semi-parametric approaches were applied to define cross effects. Theoretical and practical gains are summarized in the conclusions.

An analysis of selected agricultural holding in terms of economy and possible cooperation with Brno is the main aim of the thesis Agribusiness in the hinterland of the city: a case study of eastern periphery of Brno". The first part is a theoretical introduction; it is also analyzed and evaluated the available literature. Von Thünen model is introduced and it is consider the issue of suburbanization and agriculture. Further, the first part of thesis deals with the city Šlapanice and the detailed characteristic of the area. The second part focuses on the analysis of the selected company, its business focus and the economic side.

Implementace technologií precizního zemědělství ve vybraném zemědělském podniku

The bachelor thesis deals with the basic theoretical description of all individual components that are part of precision agriculture. This information was drawn from the experts and specialist domestic and foreign literature. This knowledge has been theoretically applied to the environment of a 3000 ha family farm in the area of South Moravia. After consultation with an responsible company personnel, the best suitable procedure for introducing this technology was selected. The thesis includes a description of the project of cooperation between the enterprise and the university.
