The master’s thesis deals with Czech cosmetic company RYOR a. s. In the theoretical part is described the supply logistics and associated processes. The practical part analyses the supply process of the company. The goal of this thesis is proposal of efficient solution of supply process and integration of the information system. This proposal will be introduced to the company and in the case of interest the company can take advantage of it.

This bachelor thesis deals with the improvement during the engagement in the company VMT Ecopack s. r. o. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which deals with theoretical knowledge and VMT Ecopack s.r.o. is introduced and the practical part where the current course of the contract described. On the basis of the analyzed analyzes, proposals are made for changes that may lead to an improvement in the course of the contract.

The main theme of this bacelor thesis is the elaboration of a draft contract for maximum satisfaction with the focus on delivery times, quality and costs. Specifically in COBAP s.r.o., which deals with wiring. In this paper, I am focus on the course of the contract. On the basis of an analysis of the current situation, I created my own suggestion for the solution, which mainly concerns the reduction of the duration of the contract and thus the reduction of costs.

The bachelor thesis deals with the description of the logistic system of the company ANTARES, s.r.o. and proposes it’s expansion and improvement. The theoretical part explains the basis of logistics issues and its general terms. The following analytical part describes the current state of the business and the state of logistics system of ANTARES, s.r.o. In the third part, the thesis deals with the proposal of expanding the company, improving its logistic concept and designing an efficient managing system.
