Analysis of job satisfaction of the externích employees of the language school

The diploma thesis is focused on job satisfaction of employees. The main goal was to find out the curret level of job satisfacton of employees in the language school Slůně, svět jazyků, s.r.o and sugest solutions of problematic areas. The theoretical part defines basic concepts related to the given issue and introduces factors which have influence on job satisfaction. The methodical part describes the procedures used for data gathering and their analysis. The practical part includes an analysis of the surveyed areas from the view of satisfaction and importance. Proposals of possible steps leading to the increase in job satisfaction are presented at the end of this thesis.
Job satisfaction analysis in PIKE Electronic, spol. s r.o. (Ltd.) focused on the motivation of employees

This diploma thesis consists of theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part reviews some theories of motivation as well as theories of work motivation. Secondly, it describes the relationship between motivation, job satisfaction and performance. Thirdly, there is a description of job satisfaction factors. In the practical part, job satisfaction was analysed in the particular company and a few recommendations to the company management were made. The company situation was revised after ten months and other recommendations to the management were made.
Employees job satisfaction analysis on company's branches

The goal of this thesis was to define the basic terms of the problems of job satisfaction and to make the job satisfaction analysis in the chosen company, which name will be not published , because of the inside information protection. The necessary data for the analysis were obtained via questionnaire, in which took part 122 employees from 13 different branches. Respondents were divided into three groups according to the performed work position and the intensity of the contact with clients. Results of research were processed for each individual group. It allows to catch better the differences in the group satisfaction. On a basis of results were pointed out the most problematic areas and suggested concrete steps, which could lead to job satisfaction increase in researched branches.
