The master thesis deals with the interior design of the reception area of a housing and social center and its background facilities. The paper presents the basic ergonomic and safety requirements for reception equipment. Another part of the work is dedicated to the quality of the internal environment, materials, construction readiness, lighting, the colors and plants in the interior. At the end of the theoretical part, there is an elaboration upon the research of interiors with reception desks. The practical part is dedicated to the design of a reception area. It includes the custom design of the reception interior, which is laid out according to the knowledge presented in the first part and according to the specific client‘s requirements.

Návrh jednolůžkového hotelového pokoje

This bachelor thesis introduces an interior design proposal of a single room in the A-Austerlitz hotel. The theoretical part of this work deals with the history and contemporary issues of accommodation facilities in the Czech Republic, their classification and requirements that should be met in the given space. Another part of the thesis is an analysis of the room’s original state and its shortcomings. Based on the obtained information and analyzes is then the practical part. It proposes a new design of the chosen hotel room, which should better fit in the overall concept of the hotel. The final draft is presented using 3D visualizations.

The bachelor thesis deals with the design and subsequent realization of the furniture element, which aims to create space for the storage of children's beds and at the same time to provide additional storage space. The thesis is designed in such a way that the information provided, which is presented in the theoretical part, is the basis for the design and construction of this soliter. The theoretical part deals with the issue of public interiors, characteristics of pre-school child, its need for sleep and rest. It also lists the requirements for children's furniture, contains standards and regulations concerning safety and hygiene requirements. The practical part of the thesis documents the existing equipment of the kindergarten and includes the requirements of the sponsor. It also contains research on the current market supply of bedding and its storage in kindergartens. The final version of the proposal is based on the knowledge gained in the theoretical part of the thesis and the consultations. The design is made in the form of 3D visualization in 3ds Max and is completed with the drawing documentation, which is part of the annexes of this work. The design is designed for the kindergarten in Ohnišťany.

Návrh konstrukčního řešení recepčního pultu

As a theme of the thesis, and a design project of a reception desk for the company Interier-Stejskal s.r.o. In the first part are described the basic theoretical starting points, which can be used to design the overall solution of the desired reception desk. The focus is primarily on the constructional issues of the whole. Further, this work contains a brief description of ergonomics and anthropometry and individual materials that can be used in construction. In the second part of the work the content is focused on the requirements of the client and the overall solution of the reception desk issue. Part of this section is also drawing documentation, BOM, and design visualization. Everything is complemented by an economic appreciation, which gives the company a proper insight into the final state of the product.

The graduation thesis focuses on specifics of interior design of a public sauna with an atypical element of the refreshment zone. Important part of the thesis is a suggestion of atypical element that will fulfill the role of a snack bar for a visitors of sauna. For designed interior and atypical element were developed complete drawing documentation and visualization.

Variabilní sedací prvek do veřejného prostoru

A description of this thesis can be presented as the design of variable seating elements in two dimensional versions. Each element is intended for short-term seating in public interiors. The first section of the thesis is focused on the research and theory related to the design of seating furniture, while the second section examines the practical elements which make up the creation of a design from initial idea, sketches, and visualization, on to material selection and the final design.

The storage furniture for preschool children

This work is focused on an issue of furnishing a public interior for preschool children. It's aimed mainly on the space of changing room and bathroom. The chosen topic was solved from the viewpoint of psychology, security, hygiene and materials. Resulting information was made into a study case, which was finally realized under the author's supervision. Single pieces together with decoration have made a very safe, comfortable and optimistic space for children and also for their staff. It was put into practice in the Primary and nursery school in Uherčice in years 2013 and 2014.

Bachelor thesis deals with the study of public interior seating furniture, especially from the halls and foyers. The theoretical part acquaints us with the seating furniture from the opening spaces of the hotel, theater and cinema. Chapters introduce ergonomics, construction and safety requirements of seating furniture. Further are introduced the materials from which the furniture is manufactured. The final chapters of theoretical part contain a description of seating furniture in terms of history and contemporary public furniture. In the practical part is introduced solution of seating furniture for the interior foyer of the cinema Réna Ivančice. The proposal progression is presented in the form of sketches, final version is presented in the form of visualization. The proposal is also designed structurally, drawings are included in attachment.

The market research part is devoted to the description of lighting, colours, dimensions and materials used in reception desks. The design of reception desk is the subject of the practical part and is based on the results of the theoretical part.

Design of seating element supporting the positive psychological effects on humans is the content of this thesis. The thesis is devided into two parts. The first part is theoretical, where basic informations about ergonomics, psychological aspects of seating and design development are arranged. Before proposing was need to do survey of current trends and products with a similar nature, according to typology, and according to the material. The second part "The design" describes proces of designing, which is supplemented by research pictures, sketches, models and visualizations. The final design of the seating element is demonstrated by visualizations and pictures of prototype 1:1.
