Utilization of PHP software for preparation of technical tutorial text
VACIKAR, Miroslav
Personal Home Page (PHP) is software which meets the requirements from area of web-application and programming. The basic description of the program and its possibility of applications are described in the bachelor thesis, too. KASKA, Stanislav
V této bakalářské práci popisuji technologie XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, MySQL a PHP.
Presentation layer support in the frameworks
Kapčiar, Jan ; Pavlíček, Luboš (advisor) ; Gála, Libor (referee)
This master thesis deals with the presentation layer and its framework support for the web applications. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. First of all, the presentation layer is described; followed by the depiction of the particular basic technologies running within the web browsers. Communication with the server is one of the topics mentioned as well. The thesis analyzes the AJAX techniques and from a theoretical perspective focuses on the server part of the presentation layer by means of the design patterns. Afterwards, theoretical findings are analyzed with three different frameworks (Zend, PRADO, Nette) while the practical example shows all the options offered by each framework. The final conclusion summarizes the particular experiences observed. Therefore, the reader is expected to obtain information regarding the presentation layer from all the points of view. Moreover, the practical comparisons are provided in order to help the reader to choose an efficient framework for development.
Object-relational mapping in PHP
Vrchota, Michal ; Pavlíček, Luboš (advisor) ; Palovská, Helena (referee)
Objective of this document is to provide a view for mapping an object model into relational database. This work is divided into two main sections. The first one describes theory of object-relational mapping and used design patterns targeting on patterns for object model representation and inheritance. The second part is devoted to description of object relational mapping in PHP language and focuses on usage of libraries Zend_Db and Doctrine. It is illustrated the basic work with those libraries and reasons for deployment in real application are explained as well. The contribution of this work is a brief explanation of object-relational mapping problematic and its implementation in PHP applications using ORM libraries.
OpenID user authentication, implementation and support in PHP
Sokol, Vojtěch ; Pavlíček, Luboš (advisor) ; Gála, Libor (referee)
This bachelor work is focused on the user authentication on internet using the OpenID. The OpenID communication protocol is described and also other similar technologies are mentioned. The work introduces implementation methods within the PHP environment and lists which libraries are available and what are the possibilities of the most frequently used PHP frameworks to implement the OpenID authentication.
Web services and their use
Svoboda, Tomáš ; Pavlíčková, Jarmila (advisor) ; Šlajchrt, Zbyněk (referee)
The Subject of this bachelor thesis is to point out the current trends in the area of the development and deployment of web services including their implementation in the specific programming languages and specific IDE's The most commonly used programming languages for development of web services are Java and .NET. However support for web services is currently present in all programming languages. In this bachelor thesis there are listed examples of web service implementation in Java and PHP. As a development enviroment is used NetBeans IDE. This bachelor thesis is also focused on Web service alternatives such as REST and XML-RPC. Besides Web services, part of this thesis is devoted to XML technology which is the core technology for Web services and without it. Work with Web services would be difficult to manage. The goal of this thesis is to create a comprehensive overview of web services and their most commonly used alternatives, including specific examples of implementation.
Dynamic web pages
Kotlín, Jiří ; Kastl, Jan (advisor) ; Veselá, Bohumila (referee)
Serving dynamic web pages raises higher load of web servers and associated technologies. This can to some extent eliminate setting up reverse proxy with cache in front of the web server. The primary goal of this thesis is to implement this technique via presently most popular web server -- Apache. These Apache's proxy features were at first well tested and described, later practically applied in real LAMP software bundle enviroment (Linux, Apache, PHP, MySQL).
