This Bachelor thesis is focused on the financial analysis of the company Pražské silniční a vodohospodářské stavby, a.s. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part (theoretical)is focused on the subject of financial analysis, methods and indicators for financial analysis. Then, in the second part (practical) is implemented financial analysis of the company PSVS, a.s. It is mainly an analysis or profitability, liquidity, stability and models of financial standing. Finally, summarizes all important evidence.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial health of the company Buzuluk, a.s. by using financial analysis. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on data source, methods and selected indicators of financial analysis. In the practical part, the knowledge is applied to a specific chosen company. A short company presentation is followed by analysis of the basic parts by using the financial statements for the period 2007 -- 2009. The conclusion summarizes the results and recommends measures to improve the situation in the future.

This graduation thesis deal with the financial analysis of the Limited Liability Company. The financial analysis is elaborated for the needs of the company owner and it covers the period of time 2005-2009. To evaluate the company financial position I use standard methods, e.g. - horizontal and vertical analysis, calculations of profitability, activity, liquidity, productivity of labour and indebtedness. At the end of the thesis I give a complex evaluation of the company and suggest some measures for the financial innovation of the company.

The found results and trends of particular indicators are analysed and commented.

Financial analysis of company concerned with sewage treatment

The goal of my thesis was to make a financial analysis and an outline of the financial plan. In the first, theoretical, part I described the purpose of financial analysis and its methods and procedures used in the practical part. The second part is called the application. There I made a financial analysis of Ekosystem spol. s r.o. First I introduced the enterprise and its activities. This was followed by horizontal and vertical analysis of financial statements, analysis of financial indicators and assessment of financial soundness. I also compared the company with two other companies in the same business branch and I outlined the short-term financial plan. In the final section, I summarized the knowledge larned in the application part and I reviewed the business as a whole.

The subject of the diploma thesis is a financial analysis of a commercial insurance company for the period from the year 2004 to 2008. The financial analysis is produced on the basis of publicly available data. The first part of the diploma thesis is focused on theoretical aspects of financial analysis of an insurance company, specific activities of insurance companies and indicators used in the financial analysis of insurance company. The second part of the diploma thesis is a practical part, where financial analysis of selected company is realized by means and indicators described in the teoretical part. The conclusion sums up the results and findings of the thesis.
