Analysis of personnel management in selected company

This work focus to analysis of personnel management in chosen company. In the first part I focused to teoretic side of theme. The theory I draw from many czech and foreign authors. Theori is focused on human resource management and managerial functions as mativatin, stimulation, reviews, remuneration. In practical part I focused to building company OHL ŽS a.s. focused to division in České Budějovice-Plzeň. At the begining I introduced company and then I analysis parts of the theoretic section. After the analysis I did survey and then I consulted results with the management. From the survey is obvious that company make a mistakes in motivation of personnel, low efficiently of meetings, burden tasks. Many of personnel is satisfied with a team. In conclusion I proposed changes to improvement.

Analysis of management functions in a particular organisation

The aim of this baccalaureate work was assess selected manager functions - planning, organising, communication and verification, applied in the company TRUST-ts spol. s r.o. and proposition of appropriate general changes to effective improve the managing a business. The theoretical part was devoted to selected managerial functions. In the practical part was briefly introduced the company TRUST-ts spol. s r.o. and then was carried assessment, how the selected manager functions in this company function. Based on the facts found were suggested some changes that could contribute to improvement, and thus to making the entire corporate activity more efficient.

Directing of Business Subject Connected to the Nets and its Utilization in Selected Territory.

The main goal of this thesis was to analyze present condition in wide context, to propose solution of other development cooperation in choice territory and to express his efficiency. The object of research is company HS AUTO, spol. s r. o, connected to the automobile net, which is occurring in České Budějovice. In terms of solution diploma work were elaborated SWOT analysis of choice company and Porter´s five forces model of competitive surrounding. On the basis of worked analyses were created strategy and measures, which are adverting to present condition and are trying to contribute to development of company activities. On basis of assembled information and performed analyses was effected proposal for cooperation improvement in terms of net with emphasis on improvement and development company activities and its function.

The main objective of the thesis was analysis of management functions and changes in a particular organisation. The partial objective was examination of the questions of euro introduction and adoption in the Czech republic, explaining particular legislative steps or plans, where CNB acts as an advisory body of the Government. Further, the thesis examines the changes {--} effects (advantages, disadvantages) of euro adoption on the particular organisation and other subjects.

Diploma paper compares theoretical data of questions of leading people with established practice. The information about established practice in leading people was acquired by the help of questioning among managers. The aim of the paper is to evaluate informaion from practice of leading people and to compare them with methods, instructions and recommendations described in theory.
