Parameters of high performance swimmers training and specialized breast

Title: Parameters of high performance swimmers training specialized in breaststroke swimming style. Aim of the study: The aim of this study was to determine the training load and performance development at leading Czech swimmer, winner of Czech records. Method: Reference period became a four-year olympic cycle before the Olympic Games in London in 2012. Data collection was implemented mainly through the study of documents - coach training diaries and race analysis. Computer processing of the data is performed through descriptive statistics, tabulations and graphic display and degree of dependence. Results: The investigation showed that the training load displacement characteristics observed in many parameters swimmer makes a lower value. Causal could be frequent medical complications. Yet training allowed the swimmer to complete quality training with little performance progression in their major disciplines 50 m and 100 m breaststroke and to start at world competitions. Selected parameters of the body, and performance indicators of training pupils in swimming

Title: Selected parameters of the body, and performance indicators of training pupils in swimming The Aim: The aim of this study is examine selected anthropometric parameters of the body, general practice and performance indicators swimmers aged 14 years. The survey is located on Czech Championship pupils at age 14 in Litomerice. Pupils will be investigated and pupil The methods: The authors used quantitative research in the form of a structured survey. Data were collected through direct measurement (anthropometric data), survey (training indicators) and study material (performance probands). Examined a set of 120 swimmers had happened at the age of 14 years, who qualified for the Championship of the Czech Republic 14 years pupils, 66 boys and 54 girls. The evaluation of the results was used for basic statistics tabular and graphical display. The results: The research group found that BMI, to some extent, affects the performance in swimming and more in boys than in girls. The average height of the swimmers in this age group is at 172.4 cm swimmer is 165.6 cm. It was also found that the height of swimmers will affect the performance in the lane of free style at the boys. High numbers of training hours are not the main prerequisite to gain medals. Swim Smooth System and Swimming Specialization

Title: Swim Smooth System and Swimming Specialization Objectives: Along with The Australian Swim Smooth Swim Type Coaching System criteria assign particular swim types to natural predispositions of selected elite swimmers and thus confirm suitability of their specialization. Methods: This work was carried out as a methodological study that explores both the suitability of specialization in a selected group of elite swimmers and the potential benefits of the Swim Smooth Swim Type System compared to the more commonly used method of one swim type. The study involved measuring, displaying, monitoring, evaluation, analysis and correlation. We measured the stroke length and stroke rate. We observed individual style of freestyle technique. We evaluated the Swim Types, somatotype, personality traits of extroversion and swimmers' potential to either speed, middle distance or endurance performance. We performed analysis of the development of swimmers' personal records in their main discipline. We determined the degree of correlation among particular Swim Type criteria that determine Swim Smooth swim types. Jurák Daniel The year of presentation: 2011 This bachelor's work is a theoretical research work which gains information from Czech and foreign literature. The structure characteristics of sports performance of swimming stroke free style/front crawl in the events of 50m and 1500m is the main aim of this work. The text is divided into a theoretical part and some component subchapters. The first one deals with the structure of sport performance generally. The second ones describe swimming. The chapters in the practical part are divided according to studied branches. The both chapters are divided into the same subchapters according to the parts of the sport performance. These are: fitness, technical, psychological and tactical preparation. I have monitored differences in all four parts of sports performance. The most significant one is in fitness preparation.
