	Dopady změn ve zdaňování vlastnictví a převodů nemovitých věcí od roku 2014 Šustková, Barbara This diploma thesis evaluates the effects caused by the changes made to taxation of real estate in 2014. It describes the impact of the tax burden on both the taxpayers and on public budgets. Specifically, the thesis focuses on the calculation of the reference value for the purposes of determining the base of the real estate acquisition tax. The effects on the taxpayer tax burden were evaluated through a comparison of the old and the new law on specific examples. The effect on public budgets was calculated using the revenue figures for the relevant taxes in the years 2013 and 2014. An analysis of the individual changes helped identify the factors which have affected the final tax and tax revenue the most. Detailed record

	Purchase contract BLÁHOVÁ, Jana This thesis deals with the purchase contract. The purchase contract is the most widespread contract in the Czech Republic. In the first part there is the history of the purchase agreement described, the definition of the legal adjustment and the comprehensive view of the purchase contract. In the first part there is also the chapter called the comparison of purchase contract with the new Civil Code. In this part there are the most considerable changes defined and described. The new Civil Code is effective from the 1st of January 2014. In the second section there is the purchase agreement assembled. Every particular part is analyzed and described. The particular parts contain the own opinions and commentary. The purchase contract is closed on real estate. For the greater interest the other changes in the private law are pointed.
