Mapování fragmentu chromosomu Z v ASF-liniích zavíječe moučného, \kur{Ephestia kuehniella}

This study is focused on mapping of the genetic content of Zdz+ fragments which can be found in four lines of the Mediterranean flour moth (Ephestia kuehniella). Data from qPCR showed that only one out of six tested genes is located on this fragment. Fluorescent in situ hybridization demonstrated that in three out of four lines the Zdz+ fragment independently fused with the W chromosome. This chromosomal rearrangement is also reflected in the morphology of the sex chromatin.
