The main intention of this bachelor´s thesis is business marketing along the decision – making proces about biulding construction project.Marketing analysis sre very helpful in proces of planning in marketing field, it provides us the opportunity to know more about relations on markets considering other influences. According to this i can say that main goal of this bachelor´s thesis is analysis of market and marketing environment around the project BD Nad Rokoskou and making the decision if the project feasible on the end.
