Proposal of common facilities plan in selected area

The main goal of this diploma thesis is to process a plan of common facilities for land consolidation in the cadastral area of Slavče near the town of Trhové Sviny. The thesis describes and evaluates the cadastral area for plan realization of joint facilities like erosion control measures for the protection of agricultural land, measures for land access, water management or environment protection and creation. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part is a literary research which explains basic information about land consolidation, like their form, goals and purposes including land consolidation process phases. Next part of theoretical part describes research works and plan of joint facilities. The practical part is focused on the overall detailed research work, its evaluation and the design of joint facilities plan.
Processing of survey works in the selected locality as the basis for land consolidation project

The main goal of this bachelor thesis is to process research works, which serves as a basis for complex land consolidation in the chosen cadaster area of Slavče near the town of Trhové Sviny. The literature research characterizes the land consolidations in general. Second part focuses on content of the research works. In the third part is introduced the used methodology and the last, practical part concerns about the area research itself. The main content of this part is gathering of necessary basis and evaluation of obtained information. The research describes the focused area in detail and characterizes its natural conditions, economic utilization, transport infrastructure and land protection. This work is a proper basis material for complex land consolidation of cadaster area of Slavče near the town of Trhové Sviny.
