Corporate Culture in an Organization

The aim of work is to analyse and evaluate the current status of the corporate culture at organization. Corporate culture is the beliefs and ideas that an organization has and the way in which they affect how it does business and how its employees behave. This work explores hows the employees accept the corporate culture through questionnaires and directed interviews. Then the proposes for the management of the company how to improve the current situtation of the corporate culture are recommended.
