Bachelor thesis observes the economic, social and other consequences of drug business on the Colombian economy, which is considered to be a world leader in the production of cocaine. It analyzes the current economic situation which results from historical events and political-economic development of the country. This work also explores the reasons why is exactly Colombia supposed to be the world cocaine power.
