Strategien im Umgang mit Mehrsprachigkeit in virtueller Projektkommunikation - eine Fallstudie
KRÄMER, Hannah Theresa
With help of methodological and data triangulation, the online written and oral communication of a virtual project team was investigated in order to answer the question of which strategies the team members develop in multilingual interaction via different media. Light is shed on the use of ELF as a genuinely multilingual practice. The central role of pronounced multilingual competence of the project leaders, as well as the advantages of communication in the mother tongue for building a familiar relationship become evident. The communication in the team presents itself as open to language changes, which allows creativity and joy in the use of language.
