Analysis of provider services offered by the Czech Postal Service
KOVÁŘOVÁ, Kamila
The goal of the Thesis was to analyze the present offer of provider services offered by the Czech Postal Service. After having performed individual analyses, I came to the conclusion that the offer of services is quite wide, although most services still have elements to improve. I would asses the CzechPOINT service as the best. At present when people's time is expensive and the need of official documents grows, the service is correctly focused. The possibility to use only one office to settle a lot of affairs solves long-time problems with crowded offices with endless queues. On the contrary, pension service is, in my opinion, one of the services requiring changes. The direction in which the service is set seems obsolete to me. The basic significance naturally does not change, but people who would appreciate revisions are reaching pension age already. The SIPO service has used inspiration from abroad. It has made use of worldwide experience with ebilling solutions at establishing the eSIPO electronic service. The service offers the customers electronic administration and check of both regular and irregular payments. ČSOB Stability Pension Fund is also one of the services that still have elements to improve. Possible change has been proposed in the synthetic part of this Bachelor Thesis. The change would consists in reduction of costs of next periods. Thanks to reduction of that item, the Stability Pension Fund could get more popularity among customers. Particularly at present, when people do not like running risks with finances, people pass more and more frequently from one pension fund to another, more advantageous. My assertion that people do not like running risks in periods of economic crisis does not apply to betting and lottery activities. As the performed analysis has shown, Sazka a.s., a betting company, has experienced increase of the number of customers at this time.
