Baroque Sonata and Dance Suite in the Music for Recorder and Their Benefits for Teaching at the Basic School of Art
GRAMAN, Petr
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe both historical and present aspects of playing the recorder. Methodology and didactics are important parts of this thesis. The most important compositions were created in renaissance and baroque period and that is why one chapter of my thesis is focused on the dance suite equally on the baroque sonata. My own selection of instructive material with notes how to practise it is included. The compositions are arranged chronologically in accordance with the authors' birthdates. A case study of two students training for instrumental competitions is attached finally.
