Fouňová, Vanda ; Hojda, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Lunga, Radek (referee)
This thesis mainly focuses on bells, their inscriptions and artistic execution in the Rokycan region. The result is a comprehensive list of bells (catalogue) from the first records that can be documented in the sources to the current state of the inventory, supplemented by photo documentation. Part of the work is also devoted to bell-making as a craft that has changed over the centuries and suffered from stormy war conflicts, with the greatest emphasis being placed on the period of requisitions during the First and Second World Wars. An additional chapter is made up of bellmakers and bell-making companies who produced bells for individual objects in the region and their style of work.
