The research sample comprise three top nurses from the each hospital, three head nurses and three station nurses which work at the ARO. Based at the results of the research, the healthcare assistent (now practical nurse) is not present at the ARO. The reason of this situation is less competence (she is not able to do work by herself). The more then half responders agree, that the nurse are more common at the ARO. The results of research show that the most responders know the legislative changes.
