Czech, Karel ; SMOLÍK, Robert (advisor) ; KALFUS, Pavel (referee)
In this thesis I focus on the use of puppets in motion pictures, reasons for their use and their specification within this media. Partly I touch the similar subject in terms of their use in theatre, while describing both the historical context and my own experience. Through examples of my own work I reflect my own different approaches towards puppets that have changed on the ground of my gained experience.
