Atanova, Anastasia ; Kalánek,, Jiří (referee) ; Ostrý, Milan (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to design a new construction of an administrative building with almost zero energy consumption. The project is divided into 3 parts. The first part is the creation of project documentation. The building plan is conceived as a free-standing administrative building with a partial basement, with a flat roof and an adjoining open parking lot for 20 cars. The building is designed as a masonry of ceramic blocks + ETICS (EPS) insulation, with a reinforced concrete ceiling structure. The second part is the assessment of the energy demand of the building and the use of energy from renewable sources. A ground-water heat pump was proposed as the heat source for the administrative building. The heat pump is used both for heating hot water and in winter for heating the building. The air is provided by mechanical ventilation, and the electricity supply is partially provided by a photovoltaic system. The third part of the thesis is the evaluation of the building using the SBToolCZ method.
