Stress analysis of pressure vessel
Šperka, Václav ; Lošák, Pavel (referee) ; Nekvasil, Richard (advisor)
Pressure vessels occupy very important place in many industrial sectors thanks to their purpose and application. For construction and design itis required high safety and reliability of pressure vessels, mainly in use e.g. innuclear poverplants. Bachelor thesis is focused on stress analysis using finite element method; cathegorization of stress and evaluation of selected parts for fatigue.
Influence of essential parameters on the radial clearance and stress-strain states in ball bearings
Šperka, Václav ; Vrbka, Jan (referee) ; Fuis, Vladimír (advisor)
Master thesis is focused on the research of influence of selected substantial parameters on stress – strain states in the deep groove radial ball bearing. The influence of radial load is analyzed, such as the influence of size of the bearing and row of the bearing, also influence of radial clearance is quantified. Next, the influence of thermal distribution in the bearing is analyzed for different combinations of thermal distributions and radial clearances. Conclusions from analyses are then used in the last task – suggestion of radial clearance for customer – specified assembly. Problem is solved using the finite element method (FEM) in pre/post processor MSC.Patran and solver MSC.Marc. To make analyses faster the substantial parameters are implemented in the algorithm for automatic generation of the bearing calculation (batch file). The theme of this thesis was commissioned by ZKL - Research and development, a. s.
A Study Comparing the Risks of a Business Entity in Terms of Quality
Bojdová, Kateřina ; Šperka, Václav (referee) ; Jurová, Marie (advisor)
Bachelor thesis is focused on the description of the emportance of quality in the early stages of production and on proposal of limitation of the risks of formations of defects which can set in during the actual situation in ZKL-Výzkum a vývoj, a.s. company. The main product of this company are rolling bearings. I am going to use construction anlysis FMEA to find out where can the risks be most probable and evaluate if those risks can be prevented and how. The main part of my thesis is already mentioned FMEA analysis and proposal of prospective risks.
