Defects of speech in connection with mental disability
 ŠIMÁNKOVÁ, Věra
This bachelor thesis deals with defects of speech in connection with mental disability. The aim of my work is to show the most common combinations of disabilities and their impact on an individual´s speech. I focused on the characteristics of mental disability and on the defects of speech which we can meet in this connection with. The next part concerns educations of people with a specific kind of defect of speech and a possibility of use of alternative and augmentative communication. The theoretical part is completed by concrete studies.
