Family house with design office

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the development of a new family house with a desing office in Brno. The new property is designed on a sloping terrain. The building is designed as a separate property with three above-ground floors and one underground floor, irregular in size 13.96 m x 13.14 m. The family house is designed as a single-family house for a family of four. The second overground floor serves as a day zone and the third overground floor as a relaxation zone. On the first floor there is a double garage with space for the families necessities. On the first floor there is an office for four workers with a separate entrance. The new building is designed using brickwork made of ceramic blocks with a construction system and a gable roof. The buildings include hard floor areas, a car park, bicycle parking area and a communal rubbish bin.
Apartment building

The object of the project is a new apartment building in the cadastral area of the city of Brno, the city district of Líšeň. The building plot is of rectangular shape, the entrance to the plot is situated from the local bituminous road. The house is intended for permanent living of 17 persons in 4 apartments and one studio apartment. Part of the building is common areas for providing services to the residents of the house. The services provided a common laundry room, a workshop and a parking space for each apartment unit. The building has four floors (1st floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor, 3rd floor). In the basement there are operating rooms such as a garage with parking spaces, a laundry room, a workroom and a cellar. The architectural design of the house is conceived so that traditional natural materials (brick, stone, wood, metal) can be used in their natural color design. The project further solves the natural light in the central rooms of the building with the aid of light pipes.

The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is to design and make out a design documentation to show the look of the brand new apartment house. The plot is located in the cadastral area of Brno-Židenice and the parcel number is 7652/22. The building is located on a flat terrain. The building consists of five above-ground floors. On the first floor are social space, berths and garages. On the second and the third floor are two dwelling units and on the fourth floor are located two separate duplex apartments which are extended up to the fifth floor. In the building is six residential units, that are designed for families with four or five members. The construction system is made of ceramic bricks and the ceiling is made of monolithic reinforced concrete. It is designed with a flat roof wich is drained by with roof gully.

Detached family hause is describet in inbachelor´s thesis. The hause is located in a part of the city Letovice, Kladoruby in the region of the Blansko. The building has an basement, two aboved -graunds plus an attic. In the basment are situated garage, shower, laundry toiled, and storage rooms. On the graund floor, there are ironworks shop witch storage and room for emloyees. On the first floor there is a kitchen, living room, work rooms and a questroom. In the attic there are one seperate room, two rooms witch dresing-rooms and bedroom witch dresing-room and bathroom. The hause is fouded on foudation strips made of concreate and build of the system HELUZ. Roofs above the main part of the hause as well above the staircase are saddle roofs, the pitch 35°. Clay tiles are the roofing materiál. The footprint of the house is 155,55 m2. The inbachelor´s thesis includes also seminar thesis of flooring terraces, balkonies and loggias.
Small apartment house

The subject of my bachelor´s thesis is to elaborate the project documentation for construction execution of the house in the village Trnava close to Třebíč which is found in the Vysočina Region. The house has 3 floors out of which two are residential areas and in each of them there are two residential units. On the first floor shared areas can be found. Vertical supporting constructions are made by walled technology from ceramic breeze-blocks Porotherm 30T Profi Dryfix and Porotherm 25 AKU SYM. Horizontal contructions are assembled from Porotherm supporting elements and MIAKO walled breeze-blocks. Roofing is made by an aisle roof. During the design processing the impact was put on increased comfort for using it and the overall modern concept of the house.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is creation of design documentation for notification of structures said in Paragraph 104 (1) (a - e) of the building act, or for issuing of building permission for apartment building in cadaster unit of city Brno-Bystrc. The building is located on the outskirts of city to be built-up are set for habitation. The chosen parcel of land number 2632/3 is relatively flat. The apartment building will be built in where are the apartment buildings from second half of 20th century are standing. Most of the buildings were modernized lately. The new building is place in the middle of the parcel and won’t intrude original development look. The object is designed as apartment building with seven above – ground floors without cellar. In the building there are 14 apartments, two flats on each floor. Twelve flats are defined for three or four membered families, remaining two flats located on the ground floor are designed as accessible apartment for two people with reduced mobility and orientation. These two flats have reserved parking space in garage. Because it is necessary to have enough parking spaces for whole apartment building there will be create car park with pavement on the parcel. Structural system of the building is wall masonry system made up of clay bricks. Floor structure is designed from large-dimensioned filigree floor slabs because of low time requirement.

The subject of this thesis is the design and construction of a residential building and a bank which forms part of the building, based in Komin within the city of Brno. The building occupies a rectangular ground space. The residential building has one underground floor, three above-ground floors and a saddle roof. The construction is based on concrete foundation girders, the vertical and horizontal structures are designed from the Porotherm system. This project was developed using AutoCAD software. The focus during development was on layout solutions, architectural appearance, static requirements and safety of use.
Block of slats with business premises BD-1

The bachelor thesis contains design and construction solution of a multi-storey apartment building with an office in Postřelmov in the stage of the project documentation for construction. The block of flats is rectangular and has three floors and one basement. The main entrances to the building are oriented to the east. The entrance to the office is designed as a barrier-free access using an access ramp. In the basement there is a garage for three cars and a technical background. The first floor is occupied by the wellness center, and on the second and third floor there are four residential units. The base structure is made of reinforced concrete belts and in the garage space there are two baseplates designed. Horizontal and vertical load-bearing structures are designed in the Porotherm masonry system, non-load bars are designed using YTONG blocks. The building is roofed with a saddle roof with sheet metal cover. A part of the project documentation is also construction-physical assessment and fire-safety solution of the building.
High standard detached house on a slope

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to elaborate project documentation of construction of a high standard detached house on a slope. The building is self-standing and is set on a sloping terrain in the cadastral territory of the city of Brno, in the district Žabovřesky. The ground plan of the house is designed in the shape of letter L. One storey is partly in basement, one storey is planted in the terrain and one is above ground. Garage for four cars is part of the building connected to the house by a fire door in the vestibule. The roof is designed flat and vegetative. The entrance to the building is situated from the northern side. Here is also the entrance to the ground which is from the adjacent local road. The construction system is made of reinforced concrete skeleton consisting of columns and beams. The KMB Sendwix panel has a contact isolation system. Horizontal constructions are designed from pre-stressed Spiroll ceiling panels and KMB Sendwix system components. The internal and external stairwells are reinforced concrete, prefabricate. Through the leeward to the basement on the ground floor of the building, we enter the residential part of the family house, but also into the garage and dressing room. From the hall we get to the study, the room with toilet and bathroom. The bedroom are includes with a dressing room, a bathroom and a toilet. Furthermore, there are two symmetrical rooms, each of which has its own dressing room, loggia, bathroom and a toilet. All bathrooms and the hall on this floor are fitted out with roof skylights. The hall, connected by a staircase to the first basement, connects to the corridor that is connecting the living rooms with a technical and also a relaxing part of the house. From the kitchen and the dining room we reach the wine cellar, cellar and living room. The theme of this Bachelor´s thesis is the design and production of the project documentation of a high standard detached house in Ostrava – Hrabová. The object is composed of two above-ground floors with partial basement. The House has three parts, the social zone which is situated in the firts floor and partially in the basement, the private zone, situated in the second floor, and the garage. The two car garage is a part of new building. The house will serve as a family house for the family of four. The construction system is formed from a ceramic walling, the ceilings are cast-in-place reinforced concrete floors. There are two flat roofs in the project, the green roof and combined one. The facade is designed as ventilated. The object is situated in a gently sloping plot.
