The main subject of this bachelor thesis is the new apartment building B1. The apartment building is projected in Kroměříž and it contains three above-ground floors with a residential attic and a basement, covered with gable roof. There is a garage, storage and a utility room in the basement. Each floor contains one residential unit. The apartment on the first floor is accesible for people with reduced mobility and orientation. The entrance is from the east side on Havlíčkova street. The access to the garage is on the south side. The walls of the building are made of Porotherm clay blocks. Horizontal frameworks include POT beams and MIAKO inserts. The building is based on strip foundations. The work includes project documentation of the construction.

The subject of bachelor thesis is a new building of an apartment house in Prosenice in Olomouc region. The building will have one underground floor and three above-ground floors with a residential attic. In total, the apartment building consists of three residential units, each on one floor. The apartment on the first floor is adapted for barrier-free living. The building is designed from a construction system of ceramic blocks. The ceilings are made of MIAKO inserts and POT beams. The roof of the building is saddle with ceramic roofing.

The bachelor thesis deals with the project documentation for the family house with a patisserie. The building is located in Hradčany na Moravě on the land numbers 30 and 32. The family house is designed for a family of four. The building has two above-ground floors and there is a basement below some part of the building. The movement amongst the floors is through concrete staircase. The object is built from the SENDWIX system and is equipped by contact thermal insulation system. Ceilings are made of ceramic beams and inserts. There are flat roof in the project and green roof. The building is based underlying concrete belts.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a new building of an apartment house in Boskovice. The building will have one underground floor and three above-ground floors with a residential attic. In the underground floor there is a collective garage with a double deck car parking system. The first floor has two flats, one of which is designed for people with reduced mobility and movement . There are also two apartments on the second floor and one apartment with a roof terrace on the third floor. The main entrance is designed to the southeast. The entrance to the garage is from the residential area located in the northwest. The apartment building is designed from a single masonry construction system with a prefabricated and partly monolithic reinforced concrete structure. The roof is designed as double layer dormer roof.

This thesis describes the design of apartment building in Zdounky in Kromeriz. It is a cellar apartment house, standing on the slopes. The apartment building has one basement and free above. Total consists of 5 units of different size and possible. On the first floor are two flat, on the second floor are two flat and on the third floor i sone flat. An object is construction of the ceramic blocks. Ceilings are of ceramic liner and the beams, the roof is gabled roof bag barn. The work includes project documentation for the construction.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is a newly-built apartment house, part of the basement is above the ground level. The main part of the residential building is rectangular with an L shape extension as a garaging. There will be a living roof above the garaging. The residential building is a three-storey building with a top floor being within a roof space and one basement floor. The basement consists of storage and utility area for the apartments, including bicycle store, workshop and seven parking spaces, one of which is allocated for disabled. Five residential units are provided with one unit designated as wheelchair accessible.

This thesis describes the design of small apartment building in Prostějov. It is a detached building with basement. The apartment building has one basement and four above. The building is designed of structural systém of ceramic blocks. The ceilings are from monolithic and the roof is designed as a pitched roof. The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is a project of a new detached house with a design office at a level of the documentation for the structure realization. The detached house is situated in a small town Příkazy. The building is partly basement with one above-ground floor and a flat roof. The structural system of the basement part is made up of permanent shuttering and the ground part is made up of system SENDWIX.
Family house with bookstore

It is a detached family house. The building is located on Brněnská street in Černá Hora. The building has one underground floor, two above-ground floors and an attic. The underground floor is part of the owner's apartment and has a garage, laundry, toilet and storage space. The first floor is used as a bookstore shop, which consists of a sales area, social facilities for employees and a handy warehouse. The second floor and the attic serve as the owner's apartment. On the second floor there is a living room connected with kitchenette, bathroom, guest room, study and dressing room. In the attic there are two children's rooms, a bathroom and a bedroom with access to the terrace. The house is based on plain concrete foundations and lined with HELUZ. The roof above the building is gabled with roof tile roofing. Part of the bachelor thesis is a seminar work on the railing.

ABSTRACT The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design and process project documentation of apartment house in Jihlava. It is a detached building with partial basement, four above-ground floors, consist of 10 residential units with different sizes and dispositions (of which 2 are barrier-free). The construction system is designed as a mansorn made of brick elements of the Heluz building system. The horizontal ceiling construction is designed from Spiroll ceiling panels. The building is covered with a flat roof. The project documentation includes a basic assessment of the building in terms of building physics.
